The Zen Planner team is amazing!
I have had the pleasure of working with Lee over the course of a few days and he has been amazing inhelp with setting up our website!
I would also like to give a shout out to Tom Hill, Seth and Kenneth as well!

She was excellent, a ton of help!!

I've been with Zen Planner for over 14 years. Their customer service is top notch, one of the main reasons I have stayed with them. The platform is perfect for my gym business, and is always improving in it's capabilities, which helps make my life much easier. If you aren't with Zen Planner yet, what are you waiting for?

Kenneth is a rock star and very helpful. He started by asking do I need help with either Engage or Studio which triggered me to start thinking of all my questions while I had him on the phone. Kenneth did a great job of making sure my questions were answered!

The zenplanner team is always so helpful! They answer quickly, send me documentation, and never mind to help! I recommend them for your needs!

Kenneth P. was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to resolve my issues very efficiently and with an explanation as to why they occurred.

With update and changes sometimes it’s hard to navigate new pages but Kenneth has helped me twice so far and has been extremely professional and courteous

This company has the most wonderful customer service I have ever dealt with. No matter who I talk to or with, they are always willing to help me with any issues I have. If they cannot find the issues themselves, they will find someone else who will. They always go above and beyond, even when I lose track of things.

They make me feel comfortable and capable to do my job with clients and new members. Not only that, I let them know that I have a learning disability and they give me grace and have patience with me.

I do not know if this is a Christian based company or not, but they are showing the love of Christ every time. I am so grateful to be apart of this company and having their services to help grow our business.

Words cannot express the gratitude that I have, but I hope that when someone reads this that it will encourage them to continue to shine their light for everyone to see.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Zen Planner has been extremely disappointing.

Over the course of using their service, I encountered glitchy software, confusing billing practices, hidden fees, and poor customer support. One of the biggest frustrations was dealing with multiple departments and entities for billing, processing, and account-related issues. Getting a clear answer often felt like jumping through endless hoops.

When I decided to cancel my membership, the process became even more frustrating. I was charged for an additional month of service that I neither needed nor intended to use. I was also hit with processing fees and charges that I had never previously been charged, despite taking steps to remove student payment information and card details from the system. To make matters worse, the platform continued attempting to bill customers after information had been removed.

As a business owner, I value transparency, reliability, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Zen Planner fell short in all three areas. Between the software issues, billing complications, and lack of support, this has been one of the most frustrating business services I have ever dealt with.

I cannot recommend Zen Planner based on my experience.

The system wouldn't allow me to give ZP 0 points. Please save yourself time and money. Do not use ZP. Their customer service terrible. Their prices increase every year with no additional benefit. Their financial system Daxko (remember that name DAXKO) blows! They are not only inefficient - they are rude!!! I got fed up, had enough, left ZP December 31, 2025. Now I can't get a tax form. They will not provide a tax form so I am unable to complete last year's taxes. ZERO STARS.

I’ve, unfortunately, been w ZP for about 5 years now. They have an antiquated system that, as a customer, locks you out every few months and requires you to retrieve a link at your email to reset your password. Even though there are better ways, at this point, to help secure customers’ access, I was fine with it until I didn’t have access to my email, which effectively locked me out of ZP. There are other issues, btw, this is just the latest that I’ve run in to.

At this point, I’ve sent them several documents and information, spoken with them multiple times on the phone and given them ample evidence to show that it’s me. However, a day and a half later, I’m still locked out of my ZP account with time sensitive work I have to complete and them telling me, still, that they have a legal responsibility to confirm that it’s me.

It would make for a great SNL skit if it weren’t so infuriating. The upside is that their customer service is super nice while keeping me locked out of their antiquated system.

To say the least, I’m currently shopping other software providers.

A truly ridiculous company. Don't waste your time or money. They don't care about their customers, operations are a joke and customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced.

Nobody should ever have to deal with this company. I asked to cancel my package, they sent me the cancelation form and then continued charging me for half the package. Now, I've had to block my credit card, claim fraud and they're still saying I must sign More cancelation forms. Call center is not helpful, either.

Since AAC merging to Zen Planner Plataform and Keeping The AAC Staff still current.... just there says Value to their work, problem/solution with current/past accounts... and ZenPlanner didn't got rid of them!!! I could give you 25 reasons not to use this company. Just trust me don’t. False claims, long delays in service and getting back to you and just misleading business practices and policies. Avoid at all costs. You will regret doing business with them.

Absolutely love using the ZenPlanner app! It’s super easy to reserve my spot for gym classes, and I never have to worry about missing out. The interface is clean and intuitive, and everything updates in real time. Five stars for convenience and reliability!

I couldn’t run the operations behind two thriving strength and conditioning gyms with Zen Planner. The software is my right hand man. Never going back.

I like that the company is adjusting adapting face for more usability, adaptable options, and better ways to communicate with our members.
