Extremely disappointing experience — avoid
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
My experience with Yodeyma UK has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order, paid for it, and then was left waiting with no proper communication or meaningful update.
I have contacted customer service multiple times by email, but have received no response. Taking customers money and then failing to provide proper communication or support is simply unacceptable.
What is particularly concerning is that, after looking at other customer reviews, I can see that I am not the only person reporting problems with orders, delays and poor customer service. This makes the whole experience even more frustrating.
A company should not leave paying customers wondering whether their order will ever arrive and completely ignore their attempts to contact customer service.
Think twice before ordering from Yodeyma UK. There are plenty of companies where you can spend your money and actually receive proper customer service. Based on my experience, I would avoid ordering from this company until they significantly improve their customer service and fulfilment.
Very poor communication, very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

No delivery, waiting for the update
Unreliable delivery, especially for online orders. DPD handles Yodeyma's deliveries and they are very unreliable. I've had my shipments delayed for over a week with no solution in sight. No delivery, no contact, no any information, it is not yet the peak season, imagine how long you will wait at this time! Really upset, they don’t give you any information and not answer the response

Lovely perfume
Lovely perfume, took a few days to come and didn’t get any updates but I received it within a week. Got lots of compliments on no. 12 which is inspired by Good Girl by Caroline Herrera.

Avoid at all costs. Scammers
Ordered a bottle of perfume and a sample set, via a promotional offer, received the invoice, money left my account, had several emails telling me my order had been paid for and was confirmed. Then heard nothing, 10 days later and several emails to customer services that have all been ignored and I’ve had to inform the bank to try and obtain a refund. I wouldn’t trust this company at all which is a shame as I have purchased their perfumes several times via third party sellers. I’ll stick to other more reputable companies that don’t scam their customers.
