Placed an order on 18th September
Placed an order on 18th September, received an email to say it had been shipped however I’ve received no tracking link. Emailed customer service, still no response, called up and they said they would check for an update however still no tracking link and no knowledge on where my parcel is, which still hasn’t been received. Where is the communication? I understand there’s issues but I haven’t received a single message about my order, I feel like my money has been taken and the company either doesn’t have the stock or knows my parcel has been lost and isn’t telling me.

I made an order on September 10, still waiting.
I made an order on September 10, excited to try this perfume brand that had been coming up on my Facebook page. I am still waiting for the order to be shipped. I emailed on September 24 for an update and received a response that there are delays. My friend had ordered the same day as me and got their perfume awhile ago. Yet I am still waiting and now am not receiving a response. Will be raising this with my bank for a refund if there is no response within the next few days.
