Placed an order for a small perfume with samples on the 15th September, tracking was never updated. Contacted them to be told it was delivered on the 26th September and sent a tracking number from evri (this was never shown in my account)but i couldnt log into this as it was saying my postcode was incorrect. So my order has obviously been sent somewhere else, they are now ignoring my emails (ive sent 3) I’m extremely disappointed

The small samples sent along with the Imagination dupe are amazing. Both my wife and I ordered separately, and she absolutely adores her samples. She has received compliments from her friends.

Regarding the Imagination inspiration, first week it smelled alcoholic. However, within a week of maceration the profile changed massively and for the better. It is such a lovely inspired fragrance and with close resemblance to the OG LV Imagination. I was astounded. Two of my friends smelled it and one of them took my sample bottle and I am now using my wife's and will be looking to order again. I would highly recommend readers to use it. However, do give it a week before making your mind up. I am sure you will love it just like I did

I placed an order with a free samples pack included. Paid for the order and received order details and invoice.
This order is still waiting for dispatch on tracking information given

About 5 minutes later i was still on the site accidentally added am item on checkout and paid for it, received a order details and invoice, I emailed straight away as we have a 24 hours coolingoff period , it was a mistake and to cancel and refund the 2nd order.
Within a few days the 2nd order arrived in massive box all sealed up.
I ended up keeping the 2nd order.

But still missing my first order!
I have emailed and sent a messages on social media still no updates 😕

The perfumes smell elegantly. I always get compliments whenever l wear them. Thank you.

I ordered two different perfumes as I had tried a sample and I commented on another one a friend was wearing. They were delivered less than 24 hours later. Very impressed with service and the products.

I ordered perfume WITH samples package came Sooo late like 1 or 2 months late AND damaged with NO SAMPLES!!! I Even have proof from when it came so disappointed agian looking forward

Never received an order that I placed in September and it’s coming to end of October now… very disappointing

Placed an order on 18th September, it is now 17th October and still no order! Emailed numerous times to chase my order and request a refund and nobody has bothered to reply. Please do not waste your money ordering from this scam site as you won't get your order they will just steal your money!!

I placed order 2 weeks ago .. they told me my order was with delivery company .. still nothing a week later !! They taken my money .. I ve never had any issues before I’m really disappointed about this .. maybe they not paying delivery company??

Scam company! Order placed on September 10th and nothing received. I sent them 2 emails and heard nothing back. I don't know how companies get away with this!!

After trying loads of different samples from their range from the local convenience store in Mundesley Norfolk I went online with the leaflet. The Shop gave me and purchased 2 100 mil bottles one for my Wife of one for my Mum for Christmas present.

Ordered in September it still hasnt arrived and the company is ignoring all correspondance....bloody scammers
