Never ever make a reservation in this site they change the prices once you make the reservation for at least 100$ and when you try to cancel they want to charge you 200 American dollars. Don’t even try to call costumer service worst service ever they’re rude and unprofessional. This site need to be taking down.

NEVER book with this site. Just 2 days ago I booked a flight to Europe as they are much cheaper than the airline. What do you know? They never send you a ticket and when you call them, nobody answers.. and when i checked my credit card they charged me more than what airline charged. And they have another charge on my CC just a little amount which a spammer normally do to check if your cc will go through.. good thing I was able to get hold of my bank and they decided to cancel my CC and just send me a new card just so these fraudsters and scammers won't get any single penny from me.. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THEM..

eVIL PEOPLE. CHRGED MY CREDIT CARD...THEN CANCELLED RESERVATION SAYING TO KEEP IT i HAD TO PAY 200$ MORE.
THIS IS TWO DAYS BEFORE MY FLIGHT WAS SCHEDULED. AND THEN THEY TOLD ME IT IS 8 TO 10 DAYS FOR A REFUND. IT WAS ALL THE MONEY I HAD FOR MY TRIP.

First, let me say THANK YOU to everyone who left detailed reviews about the scam. I booked a flight through them last night. Then I read the reviews this morning (yes I know I should’ve done that first) and I immediately called my credit card company. They were great and canceled the payment. They actually told me that CheapFaresNow charged me more that what I agreed to and that they also made a first charge of 1.32$ before charging the actual ticket amount. The credit card operator said this was a tactic by fraudulent companies to “test” the person’s c.c. to see if it goes through... So, I’m totally relieved I canceled it on time and learned a valuable lesson! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!

I purchased last night a ticket for $X. When I received the invoice, it was for $X+x+x+x so I called customer service, thingking there was a mistake in the charge. Three times they hung up on me, three different men. But before hanging,they told me that I was charged for what I asked for, and there was nothing they can do. Then I asked in which country was the main office of Cheapfarenow and the man told me he couldnt tell me that. Ok, are you a ghost company? What is the mystery on your real office? I asked; so I asked for a manager or someone with a superior position, and that was another hang up I got. To the third man, after asking for all my info again, I told him my issue one more time and asked for cancel my ticket and give my money back. That is possible but you are going to lose the taxes and something else I cant remember now. Me: how come you post in your web page that you can cancel a tkt in the next 24 hours FREE? Does free means something less than what you paid for? And you charged me about 60 dollars as a cancellation protection, and what was that for? For people who get sick and thats the reason for not traveling said the horrible man, Ah? someone understands this?
They speak as if they were from Brazil, it was difficult for me to understand them. But I will spent any effort to find them and sue them and make this issue a public one.

Cheapfaresnow is a perfect scammer. Ticket confirms the price and they charge extra on the credit card.STAY AWAY....STAY AWAY

I should not trust this company. Is their company so deceptive? The price I got online is less than $370. I went to the airport and found that the ticket had not come out yet, and I called the customer service. The result was a charge of 11 Canadian dollars from phone company. Then I can't cancel this ticket, I have to add money, and finally my ticket is almost 800 Canadian dollars. Please stay away from this company. If I have the ability, I hope I can sue this company.

scam. Warning.

I should have read these review before booking with them.
1. They overcharged my credit card what they displayed on website and blamed currency conversion and bank. Same flight i booked for my relatives via flightsmojo. They did not charge their credit card extra. However, it was difficult to get hold of CSR at flightmojo.
2. I checked my ticket on Air Canada website their is no default seat assignment. However, on the same flight my relatives have default seat assignment for every flight they are taking to destination
3. I have to call them 4-5 times to get air line confirmation in email . Before they were sending email with texts all over the place as confirmation.
So , i am never going to book with them again. Please stay away from this Company

NEVER EVER book your flights with cheapfaresnow. They are a FRAUD. Their website says a price and they OVERCHARGE you hundred of dollars and tell you it’s your bank that overcharged you. Do not trust this website. It’s the worst, HORRIBLE customer service, RUDE and IMPOLITE advisors, even their supervisors. DO NOT TRUST them, they will steal from you. I’ve confirmed with my bank in person and they’ve showed me actual statements and confirmed that CHEAPFARESNOW overcharged me. When I confronted their senior advisors, he couldn’t be more rude and when shown the proof of their fraud and he couldn’t deny it, he hung up the line. DO NOT TRUST CHEAPFARESNOW. Better pay an extra 10-20 bucks on the airline website itself than be overcharged a 100 bucks. CHEAPFARESNOW is a FRAUD

Fraud Fraud , They show one price on website but when you actually book , you are charged more. They show Canadian $$$ on
line but your card is charged USD and its always not the same amount in CAD. when you call them , they are rude and will give you a different price. Avoid all the sites redirecting them , they all are scams

This site is to be avoided. They state one price online and another in person. You will not get the online price even if you try. The phone they are rude and don’t care.

This website is a FRAUD. They charge you a LOT more than the amaount they show you on the Web and you realize after on a email after the payment is donde, also they offer a free and complete refund if you cancel before 24 h,and Its a lie, they keep a lot of your money with no valid reason

The system did not included the middle name as I filled it and they charged me to fill it again. I hope that I least I will not get other bad surprises.
