The confirmation finally came through after a lot of phone calls and messages and hassle etc.
Cheapfaresnow arbitrarily changed the flight times, changing the departure and arrival times by many hours (with 15hr layover in Lima). They did this with no notification to me, and if that had caused an unresolvable confict I would have had to try for a refund etc with who knows how much more hassle. As it is I will use the flight, but am certainly not happy with the "cheapfaresnow" purchase proccess. There were other options for a few dollars more with better flight times etc, (so basically this system diverts customers from the honest ticket sellers to this site that sells dishonest tickets that we don´t want.) I find it unacceptable for the booking company to change the times without notification as they did. I would suggest KAYAK should not continue to damage their own reputation with "cheapfaresnow". During all of this I read a lot of very negative reviews for "cheapfaresnow" and no positive reviews. For several others they changed the price charged without previos notification etc.

I purchased a ticket, waited about 1 and a half days for the follow-up confirmation email before finally calling customer service ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE PRICE I PURCHASED MY TICKET AT WAS "EXPIRED". I asked why I had to call THEM to receive that information, to which no answer was provided. Also, the man on the phone was constantly sighing and repeating himself with an annoyed tone, telling me I could either pay the extra $100 USD or receive a refund. I told him neither was acceptable. I understand prices fluctuate, however, why are they charging people before confirming the price and BEFORE the actual ticket is issued? The best part is, when on the phone with them I saw the same price I originally saw when I purchased the ticket, so I'm not understanding how the price had "expired". I was informed the website still hadn't updated despite being a day and a half later!! What a joke. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to receive a refund when I shouldn't have even been charged in the first place. Ridiculous. DO NOT buy from them. TERRIBLE customer service.

They do not tell you that you have to call them to confirm the flight or its not booked. Then you have to go to the airline and pay an additional fee to select your seat or you do not have one, then you have to pay another fee to check your bag. Its really not worth the hassle.

When it comes to this company things can get little time crunching but my overall experience with them wasnt as horrible as most people here. Purchased tickets for me and my four kids. Its was in USD i knew there was a conversion issue here so i didnt think too much. However it had me a little worried when i continued to see “pending” every time i checked. So i emailed them. They asked for a phone number to call- found it a bit odd as i already entered my bumber but gave it to them anyways- they called me and explained the process and told le they found a return flight leaving later for the same price and asked if id rather have that, i said yes and that was it. I got my information shortly after, However I was charged for seat selection but on the way to the States we were scattered all over the place as seats were assigned last minute by the agent at the desk! That was all sorted out only to find myself sitting at the airport two ours before take off and then being told 10 minutes before boarding that our flight is now delayed and instead of taking off at 7:35 аm we will be taking off at 8:55 am. Missed my connection at San Francisco. They had booked me onto the next flight, no one told me when it would be taking off. Ran around with four kids trying to figure this out, only to be told that ur booked on a flight that takes off at 6 pm!!!!! It was 10:50 am and im supposed to sit for 7 hours with four kids at an airport? But all things aside this delayed flight wasnt their fault that wS the airline, as was the rebooking and not talking to me (thanks United). Now when it comes to my return flight had to email them three times to get them to respond and send me my return flight which takes off tomorrow, as i previously got two emails with two different times and i wasnt sure which one i was supposed to go for. As both were sent after my conversation with the agent. finally got it few minutes ago, but again seats arent assigned, when i go to Air Canada try to select seats i get told i can select seats up to 36 hours before take of or 24 hours once i check in, 36 hours?! Its 30 hours and im unable to pick my seats! BUT that seems to be AC website issue but calling them does no good as they dont even put you on hold due to the volume of calls over the Corono virus- so the message on the phone says anyways! so all in all, they werent horrible to me, but i seem to have been charged for seat selection and unable to select my seats. Thats the unfair charge considering i dont even get to sit with my kids. Lesson for me: book directly through the flight company of your choosing so you dont hve to go through ten different agencies to get answers. And u can argue with one person to get what ur paid for. Cos right now im told they cant select my seats thats up to AC. Meanwhile AC wont even answer their phones. Never again. Flying with WestJet in the future as i did last time and it was great. I had nails left when i got back home, unlike right now, i have none and im sure soon ill have no fingers either because not knowing what is happening is driving insane!! They need to have better communication with the airlines they select and book for.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER.I booked a flight with them before I read the reviews (Big mistake), the price was C$1110 CAD and they charged me $838.38 US (30 CAD more). I did not receive a confirmation email from them, when I found that the flight went cheaper I called them as there was no ticket issued yet. They fabricated an email with earlier dates and sent it to me as I was still speaking with them. PLEASE STAY AWAY, THEY ARE SCAM ESPECIALLY :SADIO" AND "SAR" who were in violation of their own policy and claiming that there was a technical issue (Not my problem).

This company is a complete scam. I bought tickets at $315 USD and then they confirmed my payment. I then called to get the airline confirmation code and they said that my tickets had gone up to $400ish and I could either accept the increase or pay non-refundable $600 fee for the 7 tickets to cancel them. DO NOT USE THEM

Don't book with them. I booked a flight for 764$ canadian $ but total amount is 841$. They charge over the price and extra fees. The flight was cheeper with the airline company. NEVER AGAIN

I have to choose 1 star in order to open review otherwise I won't even give 1 star. Worse customer service and worse site to buy Air Ticket. They will show better rate on site and once you book, it appeared in pending and when you call they told it's taking 6 hours to get confirmation email. You will never get confirmation email and if you call back they simply told airline raised price and that's the reason you wont get ticket with same price. 100% scam don't go with this site.

This is a total scam. I was amazed that Kayak sent me here. They offered seats on Copa that I could not find anywhere else, and for great prices. Only after my card was charged $1660 did I get a call from "Thiago" saying that there were no seats on the flight I had booked, could I go another day, etc. I then looked online and saw that I did the unthinkable -- booked on a 'company' that is really just a bunch of scammers. Thankfully Amex has just told me not to worry, they have flagged the charge and when we dispute it they will not pay it. Buyer beware! Do NOT even enter this website!

I booked two ticket one is CND 158.40 and other is CND 424.56 and I agree to pay this amount. Same amount showing on confirmation email. But charged on my bank account was CND 189.23 and other is CND 510.20. I call to CHeapFareNow customer service with their supervisor he told me its a fair charged because it is conversion fee. Think twice before book ticket through Cheapfarenow.

J'ai acheté un billet et j'ai payé pour l'option d'annuler ma réservation à l'intérieur de 24h sans AUCUN frais(selon ce qui es ecrit et ce qu'il vous vende).
Lorsque j'ai dû annuler mon billet, ils m'ont dit que c'était la journée même que je devais annuler avant minuit et que je devais tout de même payer des taxes et qu'il ne peuvent pas tout me rembourser et qu'il n'est même pas sûr que ça va être remboursé. Je paye finalement plus de 100 $ !!!!

This company may have the worst customer service in the world. I have been trying to get someone to speak to me about changing my ticket for over a month now . They lied to me and now they will not return my emails. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER do anything with this company.

Stay as far away from Cheapfaresnow as possible. They booked me a flight without my consent. The price changed while I was filling out my information so I cancelled before hitting purchase. 2 minutes later I get a call from a man named Herbert telling me we gave you the ticket for the original price. I said i was no longer interested something didnt seem right . I look on my visa and they charged me $824 . No itinerary was ever sent. Scammers

I booked a flight form Buenos Aires to Lima 4 days ago and after they charged the total amount and sent me the flight reservation code, They called me to tell me that the cannot offer me the original price and the new price is 100$ more expensive than the first one. I lost some other good options to chose this travel agency but they are not serious at all

Like nearly everyone else here, my experience with this suspicious company was bad. Booked two weeks in advance with a family member's credit card. They sent a confirmation email to my email saying that the purchase went through fine.

Unbeknownst to me, a second email from them went to my spam box which asked for confirmation of the credit card.

Fast-forward to the day before I am supposed to fly, when my attempts to check in fail. I call CheapFaresNow, and they tell me they never made the purchase for my ticket despite the misleading confirmation email, since I didn't respond to email in my spam folder... Nothing in their confirmation email suggested that I would receive a second email from them.

The customer service representative was very polite, to the point of sounding scammy. He kept telling me that he would feel upset too if he were "in my boots."

I decided not to purchase the ticket he was offering me, ($150USD more than I expected to pay), even though he said it was the only one left.

Thankfully, I was able to book for the time and day that I originally intended to purchase through expedia for the price I originally expected! I guess all's well that end's well.

I do not recommend doing business with CheapFaresNow.
