Est-ce que quelqu’un a eu un remboursement suivant les cancellations Covid? J’essaie depuis plusieurs mois..rien...c’est du vol.

Worst company ever! Everything youve read here is true. Before CoVID, Cathay cancelled my flight. This company wouldnt give me a refund because they said they didnt have knowledge of the cancellation. I offered to show them the emails but they said no. I waited a month and called back. Told me it was being processed. SEVEN months later and still NOTHING. I've been calling every month only to be told its being processed and I'll receive the refund the following week. They are liars and scammers.

Worst airline agency ever. Flight was canceled due to covid and am still struggling to get my unused ticket refund but its been 6 months they are lying to me that they have put request to concern team about refund but still not get any response from them. Now trying to connect by online chat but not able to connect because they have done something wrong with chat connection. Really very bad experience. Not recommended

FUYEZ bandits, voleurs, menteurs et arnaqueurs. Dommage que les lois canadiennes ne peuvent s’appliquer. J’ai perdu mon argent même si j’ai demandé d’annuler les billets 10 minutes après l’achat et malgré toutes mes démarches impossible de récupérer quoique ce soit. Je vais retenir leur nom pour les déconseillées à quiconque. Je n’ai jamais vu pire compagnie et pires employés. Prudence.

Mauvaise expérience car aucun service client. Mon vol a été annulé et il ne m'ont rien dit. D'ailleurs je suis sure que si je vqis voir, 10 après ma réservation chez eux affichera encore le vol comme existant. Au téléphone aucune excuse et aucune aide, ils sont simplement incompétents.

This is one of the worse ever. This people are out of their mind. My mom bought her ticket from them back in January, to travel from Europe to Canada, and from Canada back to Europe in May; however, due to the shutdown of the airports from the Covid-19 there were not flights on the 29th of May and she had to reschedule. We called before the day and said everything is fine when we will have a date that airlines will start, we can reschedule it then. So we finally call to reschedule and they are charging my mom 740 dollars in order for her to be able to go back in July, this is insane. I can get her a new ticket for cheaper. I ask them to refund me my money and they said they cannot because Canada doesn’t do that. I said I am not in Canada I pay for the ticket in United state and with a credit card that is issue here. What bothers me isn’t the money but them taking advantage of people.
They better refund me my money

only when you read terms and conditions it says up till 30$ per ticket processing fee for separate charge on credit card. plus other adjustment fees. You even don't know how much will cost the tickets because up till 30$ processing fees. It's the biggest Sharlatan's company with no refunds, or free cancellation after 24 hours.

Due to COVID-19 I had to cancel my MBFAON booking on Qatar Airways and made an arrangement with Cheapfaresnow for a small refund.
On cancellation date(04/03/20), I was told that refunding process would take 30-45 days(deadline 18/04/20) but I haven’t received anything till now.
In the meanwhile I wasted quite a lot of time making phone calls and writing e-mails.
Even if Cheapfaresnow offer good air fares, they are not fair with their customers !.

J’aurais mis 0 étoile pour la vie .J’ai acheté 5 billets avion ( Québec fort Lauderdales) pour le 27-06/2020. Impossible à utiliser car tous les vols sont annulés. J’ai appelé. Impossible à avoir un remboursement et pour avoir droit à un crédit qui sera émis pour chaque personne même si le total de 2320.00. a été prélevé sur ma carte. Comble de malheur, pour avoir droit à un crédit pour 24 mois, ( car si je ne le prenais pas je perdais mes billets dans 6 mois), j’ai dû payer 175.00 US en plus. Alors c’est du vrai vol......Du vrai vol

0/5 Une étoile parce que je ne suis pas capable de mettre 0. Pire service à la clientèle, les agents ne sont pas professionnels du tout. Ils vous accrochent au nez. Je n'ai jamais vu un aussi mauvais service.
Je ne conseillerais cette compagnie à personne

This is the WORST Company ever if you are reading this DONT YOU EVER book from them, HORRIBLE customer service I’m surprised this company hasn’t been shut down. If you’re having any issue with a flight or need to cancel they won’t even give you your money back or offer any travel points. It took them even one month for them to even get in contact with me via email about issuing me points after I disputed this transaction.

Never Never Again !
I have not seen ever such a bad service. They never answer emails, they let you 30 mn waiting on the phone as you hang up. They try to charge you to reschedule a flight that has been canceled by the airline.
Kayak should blacklist these crooks.

Por favor necesito su ayuda para no caer con estos estafadores. Se han cobrado un monto menor de 5 dólares de mi tarjeta y ahora me han enviado un correo en el cual dice que responda este para proceder con el cobro del costo del ticket. Mi temor es sino contesto ese email, aún así se cobraran? No quiero esos boletos y los que atienden son rudos y solo dicen no se le oye y cuelgan el teléfono. Gracias.

The absolute worse site. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I booked a round trip flight on Air Portugal but had to make travel changes due to COVID-19 and Italy’s travel lockdown. Air Portugal was wonderful to deal with every time I called them. Cheapfaresnow would do nothing and gave me nothing but grief about it. I found as long as I waited until close to the travel date then Air Portugal could adjust flights with no fees because of the emergency. I will NEVER use Cheapfaresnow again and would recommend that you do not also. Booking.com, Travelocity have sent emails about how they are accommodating the coronavirus issues but not this bad company.

Will not refund flight to europe or give credit on delta klm flight that delta klm is agreeing to change with no fees! Terrible company to take advantage of travelers during this time of world wide health crisis! Worst customer servce! Do not use them!
