XPO driver was making a delivery to a neighboring business and damaged a sign on the side of our building. XPO's insurance company won't accept liability even though we have an eye witness and footage of the truck and driver.

I had audio equipment delivered from WI to OKC without any issues. Only problem that I noticed was the unrealistic delivery date of 3 working days (which is probably generated by their invoice system). Their personnel were professional and courteous.

We shipped four identical drift carts to a customer and packaged them onto two pallets. The products were identical, the cartons were identical, and the pallets were packaged in the same manner.

After delivery, XPO issued a reclassification charge of over $200, claiming the two pallets had significantly different dimensions. We disputed the charge and provided shipment photos, order records, and actual product measurements. We are still waiting for an explanation as to how two pallets containing identical products could have been measured so differently.

What is most frustrating is the amount of time required to fight these charges. Instead of focusing on our business, we have had to gather photos, measurements, order documentation, and correspondence simply to prove that the shipment was described accurately.

If you ship LTL freight, be aware that a quote may not be the final cost. Keep detailed photos and measurements of every shipment because you may need them later to dispute unexpected reclassification charges.

This experience has made me reconsider using XPO for future shipments.

Shocking!! delivering commercial goods to a deadline, got a text at 10am saying out for delivery, rang at 5 and unfortunately the driver “ran out of driving hours” so I’ll have to wait till next week!

I get my feed delivered from Tractor Supply Monthly. Every month it is a fight to get them to come out here because its not local. WELL GUESS WHAT don't accept the JOB THEN! I call they said we only go out there 2x a week. If that was the case you wouldn't be making me wait 3 weeks for delivery after you have received it. WORST customer service ever PASS the BUCK to someone else. How they stay in business with a 1.4 rating? I told Tractor Supply NOT to use them anymore and I am calling the feed supplier directly and asking they they ship it direct to me via another route. -5 stars

Je trouve cela honteux !!!!
Au vu des avis recensés à propos de cette société de livraison, il vaudrait mieux qu'IKEA s'alloue d'autres services.

Would give zero but not an option. Destroyed pallets that was marked to go to two different locations, they arrived on one destroyed pallet parts missing to one location and as normal no accountability or responsibility. If your shipping company tries to steer you to them...JUST SAY NO! Too much money wasted on xpo and they are horrible

One of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had.

XPO was contracted to deliver 2,200 lbs of rock I purchased through Tractor Supply. The delivery was scheduled without any mention of restrictions or limitations. On delivery day, the driver called and informed me he had looked at my property on Google Earth and decided his truck was too large to come up the driveway. The delivery was refused before he even attempted it.

After multiple calls, XPO provided conflicting explanations and took no responsibility for the situation. Tractor Supply was told XPO only delivers to the street and does not enter driveways, despite XPO accepting the shipment and scheduling the delivery in the first place.

To make matters worse, XPO called the very next day to schedule the exact same delivery because none of the previous day's issues had been documented. That level of incompetence is hard to believe.

This entire experience was a complete waste of time. Poor communication, poor planning, zero accountability, and absolutely no regard for the customer's time. If you have any choice in the matter, avoid XPO.

Centro de Castellbisbal de XPO Han venido cuando les ha dado la gana ,3 días tarde de la fecha concertada, sin avisar, sin consultar si había alguien en destino para recoger un palé de 200kgs, a la hora que les ha dado la real gana y han dejado la carga en la calle.Sin una llamada telefónica ni para disculparse de la ausencia del día concertado ni para asegurar la recepción del pedido.. UNA EMPRESA DE MIERDA !!! Lo digo con toda la educación que puede asimilar en mis años de estudios. Nadie contesta ninguna llamada. Creo que es denunciable ese trato. Gracias

Got a peloton delivered today and I’m pretty satisfied. Got a phone call about 30 minutes before arrival, they came on time, were respectful in my home and assembled the bike. No issues. Customer service was super efficient, easy to get through to and changed my delivery date without any issues at all. Good experience overall

Horrible provider. called in to see why a delivery wasn;t made. Support said that they did not have enough drivers . They knew this in the morning and did not reach out.
I asked why, she said they don't do that. fricken lame.
The BBB needs to know about this.

Wish I could give no stars. Shipment was due to be delivered today. Tracking shows my shipment has been in a local service center about 15 miles from me since 7 AM. When I called Customer Service, I was told they didn't have a lift gate truck and it would be next week before they could "possibly" get one and make the delivery. Why, as a "shipping company", isn't the appropriate equipment available for the orders you accept? Incompetence at it's finest. I have already called my shipper to let them know that I will never order anything from them again if they continue to use XPO.

XPO attempted to bill us for a reweigh where a single palletized piece was recorded at approximately 1,735 lbs. The same pallet was originally weighed by us at 595 lbs prior to shipment, and the documented total shipment weight for the entire shipment was approximately 1,052 lbs.

We ship hundreds of pallets annually. Our average pallet weight is around 600 lbs, and even unusually heavy shipments for our business rarely approach 1,500 lbs total. A 1,700+ lb single-piece reweigh was immediately inconsistent with the freight involved.

The only evidence provided by XPO was:

A dock photo of the pallet
A separate weight certificate

There was no photo showing the pallet actually on a scale, no visible scale readout, and no direct visual proof tying the photographed pallet to the recorded weight beyond an internal reference number.

In response, we provided:

Original BOL and packing list
Manufacturer specification sheets
Written confirmation from the case manufacturer
Chain-of-custody documentation
Continuous video verification of the exact pallet and contents
Scale calibration using a known reference weight
Verified pallet weight measurements consistent with the original shipment weight

Most businesses would not have retained the level of documentation required to challenge a dispute like this.

Despite all of this documentation, we are still being required to pay charges tied to a reweigh that was not physically consistent with the freight involved.

To be clear, our freight broker handled the situation professionally and advocated appropriately on our behalf. My concerns are specifically with XPO’s reweigh and dispute process.

Based on our experience, even extensive documentation and verified measurements may not be enough to successfully challenge an XPO reweigh dispute.

First of all, the delivery driver has been here several times. 2nd of all, his tractor trailer was a shorter trailer, not the 53' trailer. 3rd- we didn't receive a call to schedule the delivery. 4th, when I asked the driver to back the trailer into our parking lot, he REFUSED. I called the local hub, asked for the manager, who is conveniently UNAVAILABLE. This is the worst trucking company to have deliver. If your drivers cant back up, don't send them our way!

Pésimo. Han venido a traer un pedido que había ordenado desde Carrefour, y me indican que no cabe por el ascensor la caja. Les doy mi permiso para abrir la caja y subirlo sin ella (o subir por las escaleras) y se marchan porque indican que tienen que continuar su ruta. Posteriormente, solicitan a Carrefour la anulación de mi pedido sin mi consentimiento. Sinvergüenzas.

XPO says they have 2 weeks to make a delivery after it hits their dock. I have had 2 shipments sit at the terminal for the full 2 weeks. Terrible service.

We had a couple of issues with delivery day, but the delivery guys themselves, Mike and Dave, were excellent. They took their time to help us make sure we got our freezer in through our tiny doorway. We really appreciated the help from them!
