Credit Where It's Due...
This is my second order placed with the Zavvi group, and I have to say the experience is improving. Based upon my buying history - an avowed taste for Stranger Things merchandise - I received a recommendation in my inbox, leading of course to another purchase. While it takes the better part of a week to process my order, things start moving quickly under the auspices of Royal Mail. And it doesn't hurt that Zavvi's 'savvy' offer of discounting items when you buy two at once keeps me coming back!

It seems to take your company a bit of time to advertise some of the advanced releases when l have already heard about their release but with time at least you have them to order which is great. Maybe l just have to be patient.

I feel like this is a waste of time as…
I feel like this is a waste of time as it happens years after year and no one at Zavvi seems to give a shit. I bought THREE 4K disc from you, one not available and 2 due out shortly. You sent me the two and when the third one was due for payment a few weeks later, you sent me an email saying I owed for ALL THREE items, and wouldn't send the third until I paid. I message you telling you this was wrong, and that I had already paid for the other 2. You totally ignored that, and said "You're outstanding for all three". Again i told you this was wrong. You ignored me AGAIN. You sent ANOTHER email saying "we can't send this until paid". I then sent you screenshots proving 2 of them were paid for. THEN you responded saying "this is correct, you only owe us $52 AUD for the third one". When i went to pay it, at checkout you STILL tried charging me for all THREE!! I emailed you AGAIN, and said "Send me an invoice for the correct amount, instead of me having to log in to pay." You IGNORED me... then CANCELLED the order!! So I had to find the damn thing elsewhere after PRE-ORDERING it through you and waiting months for it.
Your service beggars belief - you get it wrong, you ignore what you're told, you don't read what's being asked, you don't apologise, then when it's all too hard you cancel orders without warning. It's disgusting - i've been buying from you for 5 years. This is the THIRD time you've done this. Why should i bother ordering when i can't trust you'll charge me correctly, and ignore all communication, then cancel an order i've been waiting for because none of you have any idea what customer service means?

Don't rely on fast postage and good communication
If you are going to buy from Zavvi please beware.
1) On their website during check out they promise 3-5 working days for delivery in Australia. it took 3 weeks for delivery.
2) I contacted them on multiple occasions to ask about the order and delivery. I did not receive even one response.
You will essentially just have to wait until things arrive and hopefully not have to ask a question.
The only positive is the T-Shirts I ordered seem to be good quality.
