Outstanding. Heaps of room to stand as I’m a tall man. The seats just the right height. I use my Vital Plus for 25 minutes prior to bed, have an and shower and then hit the pillow. It has made my sleep so much better. I wake refreshed and ready to smash out a new day. No more waking up stiff and sore.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Been contacting this company for three weeks! They sent me a used damaged item item. I never got an email back and put in a claim. They finally emailed me to ask me to cancel the claim and they would send a replacement right away. So I did and now here I am with nothing. They will not return emails nor send a replacement. I would never recommend this company to others! Stay far away. Scam company. I bought the unit for a lot of money. I am going to report them to every possible agency. It is very important to let the world know about their scam!

I recently purchased the Vital+ infrared sauna tent and couldn't be happier with both the product and the company's customer support.
Customer Service Excellence:
Vital+ recently went above and beyond when I had an issue with my ice bath chiller - they replaced it under warranty without hesitation. Their commitment to standing behind their products and looking after customers is genuinely impressive. This is a company that clearly cares about the long-term relationship with their customers, not just the sale.
The Sauna Tent:
The infrared sauna tent itself is fantastic. It heats up efficiently, the construction quality is solid, and it's been a game-changer for my daily wellness routine. I use it nearly every day alongside my ice bath for contrast therapy, and the combination has been incredible for recovery and overall wellbeing.
Minor Design Considerations:
The only small concern I have is regarding the placement of the electronic remote/controller - it sits in a position where it's exposed to significant heat during use. Over time, I wonder if this might affect the longevity of the electronics. Perhaps in future iterations, Vital+ could consider relocating the controller to a cooler zone or using more heat-resistant materials for this component.
That said, knowing how responsive Vital+ is to customer feedback and their commitment to continuous product improvement, I'm confident they'll take this kind of input on board.
Overall:
Even with that minor consideration, this is an easy 5-star review. The product delivers on its promises, and the company's customer service is genuinely world-class. If you're considering a Vital+ product, buy with confidence - they'll look after you.

I chose Vital+ because they had the best customer service reviews when customers encountered issues. It turns out I did have an issue (a very slow air leak in my tub). The support was excellent, very responsive, took me through some diagnostics, and then promptly dispatched a replacement.

Great products, even better customer service
Part of me was a bit skeptical buying a brand new product during the early launch phase, especially considering it was the company’s first attempt at a premium wood sauna. But after reading all of the glowing reviews on here, and interacting with them on Instagram, I felt confident that Vital+ would be great to work with even if some issues came up. Well I was right. Some issues did come up. My order was a bit delayed, the shipping/tracking info wasn’t sent out initially, and then my unit arrived with a small amount of damage. But, exactly like I guessed and hoped, Vital+ provided phenomenal customer service the entire time. They were quick to answer all of my message or emails, and provided super detailed answers and offered a small refund for the slight inconvenience of having to fix the little bit of damage. The XEN sauna is absolutely incredible and feels and performs like a unit that should cost twice as much. But above all, Vital+ provides some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They’ve earned a customer for life.

For the price this is a great product, I love my Sauna Pod. Is exactly as in description and on the videos , very accurate and honest so I'm very pleased I made the right choice. It helps with my aches & pains and tense muscles and fits perfectly in the corner of the bedroom. Heats up super fast, can as hot as a traditional sauna like the ones at the gym etc, light & temp controls works well. If you love saunas or have aches/pains etc that respnd to heat therapy I would not hesitate in recommending this to anyone to try it out.

FAULTY TUB - RUSTY CHILLER HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased the Pro + Ultra X2 in November last year as a birthday gift to myself. I live with chronic wrist pain and generalised anxiety, and after years of physical therapy, rehabilitation, and medication without success, this product felt like a last resort. It was recommended to me by a friend who spoke very highly of your company, and initially, my experience lived up to that reputation. Within weeks, it became one of the most beneficial purchases I’ve ever made.
Unfortunately, that positive experience has been completely undermined by your customer service.
Two weeks ago, I discovered that the tub had significantly deflated overnight. I attempted to reinflate it and inspect for leaks but was unable to identify any obvious issue, and within about 8 hours, the tub would deflate again. The chiller itself ‘appeared’ to be functioning correctly. The fault was clearly isolated to the tub.
At the same time, I am currently dealing with an extremely difficult and distressing situation at home involving domestic violence and the eviction of a family member following prolonged substance abuse. This has had a severe impact on my mental health, and my chronic pain has also flared up significantly. The cold plunge was one of the few tools I relied on to manage both my physical and mental wellbeing during times like this.
I contacted your support team, explained my circumstances, and respectfully asked whether an exception could be made to replace the faulty tub under warranty without requiring me to go through the lengthy leak-detection process. I explained that I just did not have the mental capacity to be able to do this, and I made it clear that I was not seeking anything beyond what I am entitled to, but simply asking for some flexibility and understanding given the situation.
Instead, I received what appeared to be a generic, scripted response insisting that I provide video documentation of the issue before any assistance could be considered. While there was what seemed like a meaningful acknowledgment of my circumstances, no alternative support was offered. The total lack of empathy and flexibility was extremely disheartening.
Since then, I have reviewed other customer experiences and noticed a consistent pattern - while the product itself is generally well regarded, many customers report significant difficulty when attempting to contact your support team to engage the warranty process. I have also seen instances where exceptions have been made for others, which makes the refusal in my case even more frustrating.
Additionally, one review mentioned his chiller had started rusting after only a few months. I had no reason to take a look inside my chiller, but after reading this, and upon further inspection, I have now identified early signs of rust. This raises further concerns about the overall quality and durability of the product.
Given that the unit is only a few months old, has already developed faults, and is now showing signs of internal deterioration, I believe this falls well short of acceptable quality under Australian Consumer Law. At this stage, I no longer have confidence in the product and believe I am entitled to a refund or replacement.
This situation could have been handled very differently. A small degree of understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way in building trust and long-term customer loyalty. Instead, I have been left feeling completely unsupported at a time when I am particularly vulnerable.
If there are any actual human beings there at Vital+, I urge you to reconsider how your team approaches customer service, particularly in situations where genuine hardship is involved, and to stand behind the quality of its products.
