You allow them to make unauthorised charges to customers cards for shit I didnt want OR AUTHORISE. all your items are above retail, i only came cos youre the last store with that item (because youre overpriced) and you hand over my credit card details to some US based scamming third party site. never again will you get my business.

Don't bother.
Super great company that doesn't know how to stock for preorders.
Ordered Speed Racer 4k Collectors Edition months ago and on the day of release was sent an email saying they didn't stock properly. Cheers, thanks for letting me know now that it's sold out everywhere. Youre a business and you can't do the bare minimum of stocking for preorders.

First time customer that was super excited for the collector's edition of 4K Speed racer release, paid $120 bucks for the pre order, only for my order to be cancelled. Really disappointing and don't think I'll be spending money with them again any time soon

awful experience
awful experience . if you have scratched blu ray discs you will have to mail them back to england at your own expense . And they take forever to reply to your emails and ask the same nonsensical questions so your window of opportunity to get a paypal refund expires . Paypal will not help you with Zavvi.

Customer Service....not Good
Initially i purchased 4K UHD from the company, unfortunately the disc was faulty, promptly reported the fact, and was advised that i would get a replacement disc. Two months later the replacement had still not arrived, therefore i requested a refund, as i was advised that it was no longer in stock. However even this did not occur initially, and i had to keep reiterating that i wanted a refund. Eventually i did receive that refund.
