Went to the Braehead branch specifically told them I have an allergy to avocado that under no circumstance should anything cross contaminate as I will be ill, one of our dishes were the cucumbers cut into small pieces with a dressing and I was ill because they cut the avocados on the same chopping board ffs sick for 2 days and being self employed if I don’t work I don’t get paid so thanks a very very expensive experience 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😶🌫️

Went to the new one in Bluewater today. Never been before. Felt ripped off! And they tried to charge me an extra £5 service charge for crap service ! ..
There wasn't enough food on the dishes and I wish I had thought about the cost a bit more ..but then you want to sit and enjoy food so you don't really...then £70 later you wish you'd gone to Wasabi ! ... my daughter just wanted to go for the novelty. But I feel the extortionate cost ruins the experience! ( £3.75 for a small bottle of lemonade too! )

Went to unlimited belt night tonight at meadowhall we left a bit of chicken in one of the pots due to it been over spicey but ate everytjing else we took off the belt and was told if we left any in the pot we had to pay extra yet wasnt told this when we got there and it dosnt state this anywere in the small print could understand it if we left loads of food but was not even half of what was in the pot

First time here and not impressed! £3.50 for about 5 prawn crackers, service without a smile, wait to be seated in a far from busy environment and had to wait for ages to pay the bill!
Just got the feeling, they hate their job and the people they serve. The place had hardly anyone in there yet they couldn't even look your way to acknowledge you wanted to pay the bill! My daughter loves it.

Bottomless (and foodless) belt day! 😡
We went to the one at Grand Central, thinking we'd try the bottomless belt. They should rename it foodless belt! When we got in we were offered drinks that we had to then go and ask for after 20 minutes. We then sat and watched an empty (except for the one limp kaiso salad and 2 wilted plates of edamame beans) belt go round for almost 15 minutes, along with everyone else who appeared to be on a food safari. Will not be coming here again for the food (or lack of) or the service, I think we'll stick to our local one! ⭐

Not so keen on the Ashford Outlet…
Not so keen on the Ashford Outlet Restaurant due to its layout. However, this was our third visit in recent months, Portsmouth, Cambridge and here. The issue once again is the small bowl options moving around the track, these are very limited and just a duplication of about 5/6 dishes. Hot food options are good but it’s the small plates which are the company’s trade mark, you need to improve.

Tried the new Instore Kiosk in Tesco Westwood cross. What a waste of money. The rice was overcooked. Not a grain to be seen and tasted soggy in the mouth. The salmon seemed a little dark it had little flavour and they must have forgotten to put the spice in the topping.
Well tried it but won't be doing it again.

Visited the Liverpool one restaurant yesterday and was not impressed with the customer service.
Dont get me wrong food was 10/10 which keeps us going back.
Was brought in and sat down and the waitress was nice enough and asked had we been before to which we said yes. I then didn't realise there was no qr code to which I asked her when walked by to which she said we now order with her which was fine.
We ordered drinks then thought we'd order hot food when they came back with them whilst we got sushi off the belt.
Another female waitress brought us our drinks (lager then we had sake to share) who was polite enough i suppose at first, we ordered our food and then asked if we could have a 2nd of the small sake cups as we was sharing.. she said okay.
She came back to the table with a lager glass which she shoved on the table didn't give eye contact or say anything and rushed off before we had chance to tell her we meant a sake glass as you could see we had 2 bottles of beer and 2 lager glasses already. We then had to wait to grab another young male waiter who was very polite apologised and replaced this for us.
We then got the hot food, well most of it but I know you can get it at seperate times but started to wait quite a while for the japanese fried chicken my husband ordered. I then grabbed the waitress who sat us down and I asked nicely if that was still on its way to which she said rather rudely we hadn't ordered it, I then had to say we did, to which she just said I can order for you now, I then said a 2nd time I did order it but it's fine I'll order again now. (Totally wrong response no apology, I know what I ordered).
At the end the waitress was then a little more polite (when we are paying our bill) and asked was food okay to which we said it was as it was. She then said a service charge of £8 had been added do we want to keep it on. To which in the first time in my life I said no thanks, i felt embarassed but pushed myself bon thr kess nott o pay it. There was no asking me why as I would have told her but then her mood changed again. I paid, was not given a receipt and not given a goodbye no nothing.
I have always paid a tip but at the end if the day we pay it for service. The chefs who actually served us our food were more polite. And I don't understand what is with this service charge being auto added now who does it go to does it actually go to the workers?
Yo Sushi is one of my favourite places to go and it's actually put me off now. It's an almost fast food chain that is now trying to pass of as restaurant service auto adding services charges but without the actual customer service. If the staff aren't going to be trained in customer service then take me back to the qr code and I'll order it myself.
I really hope this review is taken to account and I hope things improve for others aswell as myself so I may have a better experience if I do ever visit again.

why not close this horrible place and stalls? the temperature of the stomach? the manager doesn't know anything!! NO matter what the temperature or how many days, he can't write anything. Manchester, nets. Poisoning after poisoning, we need to write a petition to close it. They use fish for 5 days!!! SALMONELLA IN FISH!!!! there are probably no such terrible workers!! everyone is afraid of the manager and calls the bosses. So that they can do anything!! The boss covers them and says: "they won't prove anything" how does Britain react to this? services? ANY!! SHUT UP!!
I tell all my friends, I made posts, reviews. Hiring journalists! lawyers! this needs to be spread!!! they sell rotten, glued fish, they say: "fresh". only refused to eat and sniff. If it weren't for the law, I'd make them eat all their fish until they die!
