We recently had full fibre broadband and a new phone system installed by Yappl, The whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Danny (Technical) was very professional, efficient, and friendly and everything was set up with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations.
Communication from the Yappl team 'specifically Robyn (Comms/Fibre Specialist) & Danny (Technical) were excellent. Both proactive, responsive, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality service.

We're a family-run business that needed high-speed internet at our head office to handle our extensive usage. Fibre was required, but having tried a household name, we wasted months. Following an inspection, they simply cancelled, claiming it was "unserviceable."
This is when I made the call to Yapple after consulting various other companies, and I'm so glad we contacted them.
From the initial enquiry through to a successful installation, the support, updates, and turnaround were fantastic. The speeds we are getting now have made everything run better and quicker, keeping us going without slow internet being a hurdle.
I would like to personally thank Carl Williams for his exceptional customer care, knowledge, and understanding. He kept us updated throughout, was very helpful in finding us the right plan and product, and offered help way above anything I could have expected.
Could not fault the service or customer care, absolutely fantastic.

Went onto moneysupermarket.com and requested a quote. Got a phone call which I didn’t request.
It seems Martin Lewis sold moneysupermarket.com and yappl called me which I didn’t want or request.
Hung up, blocked number and won’t use them ever, I don’t care how good their services may or may not be I feel deceived and I specifically don’t want to be called to discuss.
Can only comment on this interaction and wing deal with them ever.

Danny is always very helpful with any questions that we may have and quick to respond. Yapple works well as a system for our business as we all work remotely. We find it very useful being able to take calls wherever we are via a landline local number, this promotes trust in us from our clients when they want to do business with someone local.

I had such a brilliant experience with Yappl earlier this year - with Helen in particular. She was so helpful and extremely responsive. She answered my every query and even helped with advice on extras she didn't need to - such as the best way to pay for using my phone in the US. I was so appreciative of her support, which definitely provided a human touch that is so rare these days. I can't recommend them highly enough. I had a positive experience with every person I came into contact with.

Since starting my buisness I have used yappl, and honestly can’t fault the service the response times are quick, and all staff are very efficient and work hard to sort things out and find you the best rates… especially Helen who I deal with! Carl at Yappl has been nothing short of amazing! Over a very long and drawn out saga due to Openreach's ineptitude, Carl at Yappl never gave up. He kept us constantly updated and pushed the order forwards as much as he could. The response to emails and calls was super quick.
I'd recommend Yappl to anyone looking for new broadband/phone connections.
