It was always hard to get through to the department which was mainly incharge but Jevan was helpful all through the process.

Roisin was incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I needed some additional documentation relating to my tenancy, and she made sure everything was arranged quickly and efficiently. Bern prepared the document for me, and the whole process was handled very smoothly.

Communication was excellent, and everything was made very straightforward. I really appreciated the help from both Roisin and Bern.

From moving in day to leaving day nothing has gone right, had a toilet leak the took 6 weeks to fix, reported a faulty boiler automatic timer that took 6 weeks to reply to my email, I give notice which was accepted I move out to new accommodation as my notice date was accepted, they now are chasing me for money and saying my notice was not accepted, they will chasing you for every last penny even when things are done the correct way, never again avoid avoid avoid. No one can own up to anything at This place always passing the buck to someone else.

The first social event in the building I went to and had a really good time. Micheal, Peter and Phil have made sure that we had plenty of entertainment and food (including vegetarian and vegan) will definitely go to another event :)
