Brilliant service arrived on time no issues with the product I purchased

Sent a 2nd hand or shop soiled Husqvarna long reach hedge trimmer and tried to fob it off as being perfect when I rejected it.

I bought a new Husqvarna long reach hedge trimmer for £475, serial number 20244600132. After hearing nothing, I finally got an E-mail 10 days later saying "To be advised the machine will be in its original packaging but extra packaged slightly for transit." I thought it was strange that they had attached a PDF of the user manual to the E-mail. A few days later the package appeared. I opened the outer box to find a tatty Husqvarna box inside that was covered in DPD Swap It tape, which had been used to re-seal the box and send it back to them. The pole hedge trimmer inside had no manual, none of the usual cellophane that protects various parts of the plastic and wasn't even in the outer plastic bag they usually come in. It was really greasy too. It then took over 20 E-mails for them to collect it. I asked for a replacement and then found my money had been refunded. I now have had to wait 3 days for the money to appear in my account before I could afford to buy another. It is now over a month since I placed the order and have not been able to even buy a replacement from another supplier yet.

I have included the serial number on here in case anybody else is sold the shop soiled / 2nd hand unit I was sold as 'brand new'. If it has been sold to you, keep telling them you reject it and that they have to pay for collection. Disgraceful behaviour!

Chainsaw was competitively priced and delivered on time. A good experience overall.

Delivery was incredibly slow - purchased on 20/12/24, arrived 16/1/25. I know there was Xmas and new year in between, but there was no indication of expected delays provided. Product was good value and appears OK. Customer service prompt, but provided no guidance as to delays

Ordered a Stihl chainsaw 10th Dec. It arrived in good time. However, the choke would not engage. The machine only started once, but would not rev. A brief inspection revealed that the throttle was not connected to carburettor. Communication with WOP was laboured to say the least, and I am still without a working chainsaw on 7th Jan. To be fair, the Christmas break didn’t help matters, but the delay has put me behind schedule.
