Hello I apologise that your order was delayed. I can see the orde placed on the 5th Feb and out for delivery on the 4th March, which is way outside of our time frame. We did experience and are still experienceing a delay in batteries coming from Husqvarna. But we are glad you now have your machine, we take the comments on board.

Slow to advise goods out of stock
Placed an order for some PPE bits with an estimated delivery timescale of 7 days., This met my requirement to have the PPE in time for a colleague to use it. After 5 days I was advised the items were not available. I was suggested an alternative which I accepted, then the next day was advised this was not available either.
Ended up ordering what I needed from Amazon with next day delivery!

Fantastic Customer Service
I ordered a mini chainsaw pruner from World of Power, and there was a small error re the delivery. However, as soon as I had let the web team know, I got a lovely reply from Gemma, who got it all sorted out immediately. She couldn't have been more helpful and I am so grateful.
WoP's prices are extremely competitive, and with this fantastic customer service - it makes them pretty awesome! I will definitely be purchasing more from them in future, and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you so much Gemma!
