We're really sorry to hear that this particular product – the Osmo Country Colour Ivory (2204) – didn't perform as expected. It's disappointing especially when you've had positive experiences with Osmo in the past. We completely understand your frustration. We've looked back through your order history and it doesn't appear that you've ordered Osmo Country Colour from us before. While Osmo products are consistently high quality, it's worth noting that different formulations and colours can have slightly different consistencies, which can affect application depending on the project.

We appreciate that you returned the tin for testing and that our findings suggested the product was within specification and we're sorry that the outcome wasn't more helpful.

We value your custom and hope that despite this experience, you'll continue to trust us for your future projects.
