Brilliant service!
I ordered two items at 16.30 on Friday. The website offered me next day delivery (Saturday) for a nominal extra charge, so I took up the offer as I needed the items for the weekend. My order was delivered around midday Saturday - brilliant service!! This was the first time I've used Wood Finishes Direct and I'd definitely buy again from this company. Highly recommended.

Would buy from them again
The delivery time is first class my only disappointment was that my item looked really small a 2.5ltr can of paint looks a reasonable size but my paint stripper looked small . Although having said that I think it will be enough which is all I wanted which is why I didn’t mark it lower

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback – and we're really pleased to hear that the delivery time was first class.
We completely understand your observation about the size of the tin looking smaller than you expected. It's easy for pack sizes to look different depending on the product, and we appreciate that it can sometimes be a surprise. That said, we're glad you feel it will be enough for your project, and we really appreciate you not marking us down for that.
If you ever need advice on pack sizes or quantities before ordering, please don't hesitate to get in touch – we're always happy to help.
Thanks again for choosing Wood Finishes Direct – we really appreciate your support.

Having used both of the products …
Having used both of the products before, I knew of their quality. A quick search provided me with the best supplier at the best price, that is to say WFD. Ordering on a Wednesday and receiving on the Thursday was amazing, just £2.50 pp. Excellent service, many thanks.2

My order was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition which I really appreciated. The 5 litre tins of wood preservative were in strong boxes with preformed cardboard inserts top and bottom to hold them safely and securely. Delivery was fast and it arrived on time. I have ordered from Wood Finishes Direct before and have always been confident that my order was being dealt with by a professional company who cared about their customers.
