Good price and product and a good company to buy off . I just find dpd difficult to navigate the tracking system which is not accurate.

Ordered twice. ca £1500 in total. Delivery issues twice. No help in either case. Did not order again. Working with Next Day Paint from now.
I am sorry to say that I ordered from them twice and experienced delivery issues both times. The first time, I just figured, "things happen." The second time, my order was delivered to a house across the street without anyone even calling me, even though I had paid extra for next-day delivery.
I called Wood Finishes Direct. While they helped me identify the address it was delivered to, they did not refund me or attempt to retrieve the package. They offloaded all responsibility onto the courier and me, their customer, stating that they would not take any action until the courier determined whether it was actually delivered to the wrong address - a process they said would take about six days.
They essentially left me without the product, refused to actively engage, hid behind the courier, and left their customer out of pocket. This was especially frustrating since I had paid extra for next-day delivery (as we had underestimated what we needed for our decorating work). In total, I had ordered £1,400 worth of goods from them by that point.
I eventually found the paint and recovered it myself. However, the fact that they would not take care of this themselves, refund me, arrange a re-delivery, or deal with the courier appropriately is deeply disappointing.
Needless to say, I did not order from them again. I placed all subsequent orders with Next Day Paint and had a much smoother experience.

I cannot fault Wood Finishes Direct but
I cannot fault Wood Finishes Direct, they have been helpful and responsive.
However the Turbo "next day before 12 noon" delivery was nothing of the kind, it turned out to be an extra £8+ for "end of next day, with a few incorrect update emails that needs chasing to get" delivery.
I value the fact that Wood Finishes Direct have great stock and can usually get it to you in a hurry, but dont rely on the courier to deliver.

Prompt delivery at a good price
Prompt delivery at a good price. Service is excellent from wood finishes and the product arrived well packaged considering it is a liquid product.
I have been using wood finishes direct for several years and have always considered the service to be good although some years ago I did receive a 5 litre can of sadolin which was a bit dented, but intact. I used a paint kettle to use the product which has now been used up. The packaging was intact on this occasion so no problem.

Fault is with DPD.Wood Finishes Direct…
Fault is with DPD.Wood Finishes Direct are spot on and transaction goes smoothly.Second time in a few weeks that I have used WFD. Each time delivery has been left at front door on street.( not safe) Each time I have requested DPD to leave delivery in summerhouse, prior to delivery.I may have to consider alternative supplier of materials in future.
