Simply the best as the Tina Turner song goes. Had torrid time with orders from Wickes and Toolstation thrown into standard cardboard box with little or no padding and turning up leaking. These guys use DPD and the boxes have inserts specifically for transporting paint.

We have an excellent local hardware shop, "sells everything but the kitchen sink" (as the saying goes) can't fault them, but, I found the same brand paints would cost more, even if I had needed to pay delivery from Wood Finishes Direct , so well done you & DPD

Delivery was atrocious
Delivery was atrocious, delivered to the wrong place. Parcel dumped by someones gate, on a public drive and false signature.When I tried to complain to wood finishes and was basically told it was delivered to the post code and we can't do anything about. I paid for delivery to wood finishes direct and my contract was with them, the very least they should do is to make sure it delivered to me. Disgraceful

We completely understand your frustration that the parcel was left at a gate rather than delivered directly to your unit. While we can see from our records that the courier did deliver to the correct postcode, we also appreciate that this doesn't mean the delivery was handled as it should have been.
I'm sorry that our response came across as dismissive – that was never our intention. We do take delivery issues seriously and we'll be raising this with DPD to ensure drivers pay closer attention to delivery locations in future.

Excellent service & Very Competitive Priced Paint
Easily identified the product i potentially wanted to buy. Ordering straightforward and the free delivery was quick to arrive. Very happy with the price which was around £10 a tin cheaper than a well known DIY store. No complaints from me. All I need to do now is get the motivation to spray paint the fence!!
