Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear how frustrated you are with this delivery.

For transparency, to explain what happened, we experienced an issue over the bank holiday weekend when DPD failed to collect several pallets from us as scheduled. This had a knock-on effect on hundreds of orders, including yours, and meant that many Express deliveries were delayed despite our best efforts. We did try to contact as many customers as possible to make them aware, but as this was a bank holiday weekend, it was difficult to reach everyone in time.

We completely understand that how this may of felt like a rip-off, and we want to assure you that we were doing everything within our power to remedy this situation but unfortunately, the courier service not collecting was outside of our control.

We can confirm that when you contacted us on 1st September, we processed a full refund of your Express delivery charge. While this doesn't make up for the inconvenience caused, we hope it shows our commitment to putting things right.

We value your custom and are genuinely sorry that you felt let down on this occasion.
