Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Told them I had moved address and my price doubled. I moved 10 mins up the road. My blackbox apparently had problems so they decided to send me a cancellation threat letter if I didn’t sort the issue as if it was my issue that their blackbox wasn’t working? Had to ask to open a complaint 3 times before someone acknowledged me and gave me a reference. Then 1 day before my policy ended, they emailed to say that they were going to send out another blackbox. What’s the point? The renewal price for £130 per month was disgusting considering I found quotes as low as £40 per month elsewhere with the same benefits and no blackbox. They’ve ripped me off, sent me numerous cancellation threat letters for something out of my control and take about a million years to respond to emails. Wouldn’t recommend.

Being with them of two year first year…
Being with them of two year first year I was chash into report. Real quick deal with it got second car. With them being drive that one over year half come to do renew now informed is not update and blame me of they mis handle of information. Take care with them

My Son purchased his insurance and his car (Fiesta silver), 9 months later changed car for same but newer. (Fiesta blue)
Charged £150 for another black box even though we removed old one easily from his old car.
Another couple of months later bought a Bmw. Took old box from fiesta and had to pay another £150 for a new black box again even though we had the one from his blue fiesta.
He decided to cancel insurance even though it ends in 2 months, guess what he was charged another £150 to cancel.
I think it’s disgraceful as it’s really expensive for young people these days for insurance.

Easy to use box system
Easy to use box system, no invasive box with cables all over the place on your wind screen. Box connects to battery and is hidden under tour bonnet. Staff are extremely skilled when it comes to handling a claim. Overall brilliant Insurance group.

Used for one year then at the end of the insurance I get an email say they not renewing next year with out no reason

Many factors are taken into consideration by the underwriters, and their criteria changes throughout the year. In this case, it has lead to us not being able to offer a quote based on the details provided.

This car insurance company deserves zero stars, but unfortunately, that option doesn’t exist. The service is extremely poor, and the overall experience has been disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
