I’ve only just taken this policy out in the last week. Was pretty easy to find and make payment. I did need customer service as I made an admin error and that was dealt with swiftly . So far so good 😊

It’s a shame I can’t give them a zero rating; they are basically a bunch of scammers. I had booked the car insurance a month or more in advance and received the confirmation and the "black box" device; my coverage started on June 30th. I used the car two or three times, but on July 2nd, I got a message in the app stating I had an outstanding balance of £162—an adjustment to the monthly premium. They had days to review the data, yet now they pull this on me, and the total cancellation fee comes to £320. All that for using the car for two days—scamming scumbags. I cancelled the insurance immediately, but they aren't responding; besides being scammers, they are completely useless. I hope no one else falls for the trap of "cheap" insurance. It’s all a lie—everything this company offers is a lie.

Brilliant Insurance company
Brilliant Insurance company. Love the fact the monthly payments comes down throughout the year if driving has been rated high. Also their dashboard is really easy to use and very informative. Their blackbox device is reliable compared to other insurers and have had no issues with it.
Have renewed with them again this year as their yearly quote is cheaper which is rare nowadays.

I’m utterly disgusted to see that my…
I’m utterly disgusted to see that my insurance premium has increased this year, especially considering this will be my third year with your company. Last year, my premium was reduced compared to the previous year, yet now it has suddenly increased again without any clear justification.
As a loyal customer who has stayed with you for several years, I expected better treatment and more consistency in pricing. Instead, I feel penalised for renewing my policy.

Not happy with WiseDriving and feel…
Not happy with WiseDriving and feel totally let down by this company. I have payed over £1000 extra to add more miles to my sons insurance and when i called to discuss, they couldn't have cared less.
Now to top it off they are cancelling the policy for removal of black box , yet it hasn't been removed and the mileage shows this when you log in .
So 11 months in and nearly £4000 down . He wont even get a years NCD even though his driving score is on excellent .
