Busted bag in transit
Ordered some coffee for mu mum as she really like it. Unfortunately one bag got ripped on transport so I got touch with customer service. Got connected with Sophie who was very helpful and solved the issue by sending me a replacement bag.
Can't fault it when unexpected happens their customer service sort the issue right away.

Issue quickly resolved
I received a faulty/damaged product and reached out to Customer Service for a refund or replacement. Sarann responded within 24 hours and quickly actioned a replacement which looks like it will come in time for the birthday I did the order for! Very happy with the way my issue was resolved, thanks.

Missing parcel replaced immediately
My order was showing "with sender'. I contacted customer service and Surann was great. The parcel got lost on trandit and was replaced for next day delivery without any extra costs all within 5 minutes.

One pack of coffee in my subscription…
One pack of coffee in my subscription order was unsatisfactory -coarse ground when espresso was ordered, also poor flavour when brewed. I "chatted" with Sophie on the Whittard app, supplied order no. plus a photo of the offending coffee when requested. She agreed it didn't look right at all and will be sending a replacement. Pleasant and efficient service from Sophie.

Sarann is great!! My son had a Chelsea Glass Teapot for many years and at the beginning of the year, he broke the spout. So I had the idea to buy him a new pot for his 30th birthday he had yesterday. I bought one teapot for me, which I have at the office, and one teapot for him. When the parcel arrived, I made a short look into the boxes with the pots and everything seemed ok. I wrapped the pot for my son in a nice birthday paper and putted it away. Of course, it was a little disappointment, when he opened the present yesterday and discovered a damage at the handle. So my question was: can there be a replacement or do I have to order a new teapot for my son? Within one hour, I had the corfirmation for a replacement of the Chelsea Glass Teapot. Excellent customer service by Sarann the second time!!

I’ve ordered from Whittard many times. This time however my order arrived damaged. The hot chocolate powder was everywhere! Whittards Hazelnut flavoured coffee
Have always enjoyed Whittards ground coffee, particularly the Hazelnut flavour which we have been buying for the last 20years. However, just opened a new bag expecting to be hit by the aroma of coffee and nuts and there’s just a faint aroma of chemicals, not even a smell of ground coffee. Made a cup, and it’s undrinkable, tastes like it’s been made with used grounds. Customer service not interested, just say they’ve changed the ingredients. How can it not even taste of coffee? Won’t be buying anything from Whittards ever again.

salted caramel coffee
Really enjoyed the salted caramel coffee, bought 2 before Christmas no issues. Bought 3 more recently and they taste completely different and dont even smell the same. Messaged the company saying I had no local store. Just got told to take it to my local store. No option to send back or even to get this looked into why It tastes different. Another customer said the same but nothing was wrote on the product to say new taste etc. Whatever they've changed has made it taste awful which is a shame as it was my favourite coffee.
