Brilliant customer service from Sarann
After having an issue with my order I got in touch with customer services who could not have been better. Polite, helpful and took my comments as constructive criticism of a brand I really like. I have had dire customer service over Christmas from other shops (Selfridges to name one) and Whittards could teach them how to do things properly. Whittards always have great staff in their shops and now I think the same of their online help staff.
Thank you very much to Sarann who dealt with my issue and could not have been better. I’ll continue to shop with Whittards as a result and have already recommended their products to friends.

I’m a customer from Canada and will definitely be ordering from them again. Not only do they have an excellent variety, but their hot chocolate is honestly the best I’ve ever tasted.
What really stood out to me was the customer service. Sarann went above and beyond to help and made the whole experience even better. It’s rare these days to receive that level of care and attention.

Ordered and received 6 packs of coffee…
Ordered and received 6 packs of coffee beans paying €14 postage. The coffee beans were all over three months since roasting. I complained and was told this was standard as they couldn't guarantee fresh beans online as they bought in batch. I have now retuned them for refund and had to pay a further €21 for postage as Whittard would not pay for return

Excellent response to a complaint
Whittards have an offer whereby they include a free pack of biscuits with every order over £45. I placed such an order but did not receive my biscuits. When I contacted Whittard's help system, specifically Surann, I received excellent service. They were prompt at replying to my e-mail and promised to send the biscuits without argument. I was very pleased by this response. I should add that my experience of Whittards' service is overwhelmingly positive and it's good to be able to record it in one specific instance. No invoice from Whittard - even on multiple request
We ordered repeatedly a bunch of Mango & Bergamot 50 Traditional Teabags for our office in Austria. Good stuff - we like it.
As a company we need an invoice. Last time we didn't receive that invoice despite of several requests. No invoice, no answer, no comment. That's not professional and that's no appreciation of the customer. Bad experiance - we are looking for another supplier.
Addition: Whittard replied they didn't receive any of my requests and they gave me a link (the usual one) to send my request again. So I did - and again no reply, no nothing. Maybe my requests are blocked out by the spam-filter, but as I am a verified custommer, I should be on a white-list. Hello Whittard, you should do your job better, it's getting annoying.
