4-5 stars for the above but as soon as I saw DPD where delivering I knew trouble was ahead
My food arrived at about quoted time and I went in my home to unbox which is 15 foot from the door not 100 miles and low and behold aside of the steaks and chicken the sausage burgers and pork were all thawed out so instead of my planned bbq on Saturday night with family I had a unplanned one on Friday eating food I hadn’t planned on eating ,and had to go back out and replace the food I had to eat makes me reluctant to buy from edenmoor again to be honest as DPD are shocking at delivering food always comes defrosted

Impeccable quality, reliable delivery in excellent condition, what’s not to like?

This the first i have brought from an on line butcher and will use these guys again . the meat came very well packed and labelled

I ordered Jerk sausages, various flavoured burgers, a jar of Sauerkraut, a rump steak. All have been delicious. No bits of grizzle or bones.

The meat, on cooking, appears to double in size! I assume it's the vacuum packaging that does it.

The packaging to keep things cool is biodegradable. Put the wool and plastic on to your gardens, not in the bin. How cool is that.

My first order from Edenmore was for a full roast including the vegetables, the Red Ruby rib roast was excellent as was the vegetables.

Edenmoor are an exceptional company and being a previous customer of Pipers Farm I wouldn’t expect anything else. Good quality, good choices and, I believe animal welfare is paramount in their brief. Very important to me and mine.

Well packaged and when it was late - NOT Edemoors fault it was DPD - I telephoned and was helped by an efficient and helpful lady who sorted it all out.

Can recommend - will use again. 10/10

The quality of the meat is always excellent but the recent delivery was not up to standard as the dough balls and two sets of meat had defrosted in the box and we opened it as soon as it arrived which was disappointing. Every previous one was perfect but you do notice an issue like this as you pay for the quality.

Update Edenmoor followed up straight away and helped out. Great service

The sausage and the duck strips had almost defrosted when they arrived!!!
I had to cook them all straight away. Sausage tasted ok duck strips still in freezer.

Fresh and tasty meat. I found it to be better than other companies meat.

The meat comes well packed ( I use the wool on my garden ) the meat is always the best quality and cooks really well. I will continue to buy from them. Highly recommend. Courier could do with advising us better re delivery times

We placed our first order with Edenmoor, the order was placed early in the week for delivery Friday. The order arrived on the Friday afternoon, we opened it to find the venison burgers and steak were thawed out! This is very disappointing and makes us very skeptical of ordering from Edenmoor again.

Have been ordering now for several months and will continue to. Exceptional quality food , from the taste to healthcare of their animals. Love that they have special discounts and packaged goods are perfectly delivered. So pleased to be able to support all the businesses on their site . 10/10

Easy to use website. Food arrived on the day stipulated.
Like the eco friendly packaging. We have tried the burgers and the lamb steaks so far. The quality and flavour is excellent.

Arrived promptly. Ordered free range turkey steaks as can't get them elsewhere - very tasty. Also flat iron steak, which was delicious but had a lot of sinew that needed cutting off before barbecuing (so quite a bit wasted, hence 4-star review). Chicken waiting in freezer, but have ordered them before so know it will be good!

So far, from my order I have had the pork sausages, bacon, large pork chops and ribeye steak. All excellent.

Inadequate information and poor customer service. The score would have been even less if not for the quick response. After reading the information provided assuring of the products being from UK grass fed sources, I made an order which I anticipated using over a few weeks. It arrived defrosted with instructions to eat within 3 days and not to refreeze. Nowhere in the title or food description does it mention the meat is frozen. I sent a complaint to customer servicees to explain it's a huge waste for a single person only to be told the information can be found under 'storage'. No recompense or good will gesture only that they would try to ensure the information is more easily available. Not much use to me and I'm very disappointed

I ordered for the first time from Edenmoor after the company I had previously ordered from for many years went out of business. I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of Liz who answered all my questions very professionally. My order arrived, expertly packed and with quality products. I will most definitely order again and will recommend Edenmoor to others.

I buy the whole chicken breast frequently. It’s always reliable,far superior to the best supermarket chicken and frequently praised for its taste and texture by friends and family. Keep up the good. work!
