Selling kit via Wex Second Hand service
I recently sold a number of items of camera equipment to using the Wex Second Hand service. I cannot fault the service, I used the online service to get a quote for my kit, dropped it off at my local shop and received a very fair revised quote following their inspection of my kit within 4 working days. On excepting the offer the cash was in my account the next day. Communication from the Second Hand team was excellent, as was the help provided by the Edinburgh store team.

Bought a used item from WEX and once…
Bought a used item from WEX and once delivered (two days late!) by DPD the kit looked brand new. I have used WEX for many years and they have always given excellent advice and normally very good delivery times.
I did pay for a specific day delivery service, however their carrier failed to meet it. No reason given as it left WEX in plenty of time.

2 Day Lens Replacement
I had a problem with a lens that had stopped working just within the guarantee period. Visited the Cambridge store on Saturday and a replacement is being delivered today (Monday). No quibbles, friendly service and no complaints. Great service - recommended.
