Excellent service and product
I've used Wex several times to purchase used lens and a camera. Each time I got a top quality item. It was excellent value for money. The description was spot on, and you get a 12 month warranty. Delivery was by DPD and arrived the following day each time.

Excellent Service
Cannot fault the service ordered a new camera bag online on a bank holiday Monday and was delivered before lunch the following day. Website is easy to use , communication is good. While going to a bricks and mortar store, especially when buying a bag would be nice (come on WEX open one in Dorset) with service like this it's the next best thing.

I'm a regular Wex customer for many good reasons: range and prices are good, used equipment descriptions are always generous for the buyer, customer service is always excellent and shipping is always swift (a little too swift and times of you've made a mistake and need to cancel). Excellent!

Selling kit via Wex Second Hand service
I recently sold a number of items of camera equipment to using the Wex Second Hand service. I cannot fault the service, I used the online service to get a quote for my kit, dropped it off at my local shop and received a very fair revised quote following their inspection of my kit within 4 working days. On excepting the offer the cash was in my account the next day. Communication from the Second Hand team was excellent, as was the help provided by the Edinburgh store team.
