The whole process went smoothly well
The whole process went smoothly well. Straightforward without delays. Very good service as always. The secondhand camera I bought was rated 9 with 3k shutter counts. When I had it in my hand and got it working, I felt the camera should have been rated 9+. Even better, when I checked the shutter count it was just under 2k. Of course it made my day!

I found the whole experience to be extremely easy. when I popped into the store in the staff a very knowledgeable professional and kind they assisted me with my trading and I found the process getting equipment valued and then being paid for it was very seamless. I would 100% recommend.

I've used Wex several times to purchase used lens and a camera. Each time I got a top quality item. It was excellent value for money. The description was spot on, and you get a 12 month warranty. Delivery was by DPD and arrived the following day each time.

Excellent Service
Cannot fault the service ordered a new camera bag online on a bank holiday Monday and was delivered before lunch the following day. Website is easy to use , communication is good. While going to a bricks and mortar store, especially when buying a bag would be nice (come on WEX open one in Dorset) with service like this it's the next best thing.
