I have been to this pharmacy many times in the past with no issues. Recently, the new staff members seems to have so much attitude for absolutely no reasons. After waiting for 50 minutes in the que, I was told by this young lady initially that I have no prescription here and check with other well pharmacies. I called the other well pharmacies and found out that my prescription is actually at Laindon pharmacy. I had to get back in the que again and was told to come back 45 minutes later by the same lady. Which I did! The moment she saw me coming in, she was gone for her break. Now I am standing and looking at the faces of all the other staff member with zero assistance. I then had to speak to the same lady and question about the prescription. She said it is ready and sitting in front of her but she is on break now.

I do not understand the frustration you had to cause me just to satisfy your little ego. Do better!

Everything wrong , staffs are roude , no polite , not getting medication on time 😡😡

Everything went wrong. For every visit i had to endure. Head office doesn't bother to respond to emails. The agency pharmacist sat there doing nothing while the poor lad was run off his feet trying his best to help very angry customers even forgoing his lunch break. There seems to be no system for dispensing in place so I have now had my Dad’s medication sent to my local pharmacy it’s easier to collect it here drive it 20 miles to him and takes up less of my time.

We visited the well Pharmacy at Alsager health Centre for our flu vaccinations, a lovely young lady called Trina administered our vaccinations, very friendly and relaxed and they didn’t hurt at all fast efficient and friendly just what you want thank you

5 Stars to Graeme the pharmacist at the New Carron Pharmacy near Falkirk. He was very friendly and professional. I was a walk in flu jag and received help with a minor issue I hadn't managed to get a doctor`s appointment for. Having pharmacists that can prescribe for minor issues is a massive help when getting a doctors appointment is almost impossible !!

Fast delivery but appaling no measuring spoon or syringe sent with controlled drug liquid medicine which is terrible! Some people would then just neck it out the bottle and overdose. Its a basic safety matter so im unimpressed as a qualified rgn myself knowing medication administration law in uk. Hence low score.

Always very slow even accounting for external delays.

People are friendly and polite. They always call me on time. The product always arrives secure and on time. The people at Well, are always helpful. I cannot fault this company whatsoever.

Always punctual and helpful. The only drawback was when they no longer gave me the vitamin D that the GP had prescribed me.

Excellent website for getting small gifts for Christmas and also prompt delivery

This is such a great service which saves me so much time. A timely reminder via email, a quick visit to the app to order required meds and Well do the rest. They send prescription for drs approval and let you know when Dr responds , they let you know when meds are despatched.Meds arrive by post. Easy process, slick operation and I've never been let down by them. No more queuing, no more having to go back to pick up remainder of incomplete orders. What started as convenience during the pandemic, is now a staple for me..
