Ao fim de pouco mais de 1 ano, os acrílicos do equipamento começaram a estalar e a abrir fissuras, tanto na estrutura como no interior, demonstra um defeito grave de fabrico ou materiais de baixa qualidade. A empresa recusou-se a assumir a responsabilidade, alegando má utilização, embora o uso tenha sido normal. O equipamento tem aparência enganadora — a qualidade é péssima, a fiabilidade nula e a assistência inexistente.
Conclusão: Péssima compra. Não recomendo.

I ordered a Hydromassage bath back In September 2024, it finally got fitted in November 2024, it started leaking, I logged a case and was told this must have happened in transit and I should fix the leak, other problems including the control panel not responding when you have wet hands (a bit unless for a bath), the taps moving etc. This company has yet to resolve any of the problems on this £1500 premium hydrobath, Save your money and find another company who gives a shit about there customers

Comprei uma jacuzi e foi entregue com rapidez.

Fiz uma encomenda de um jacuzzi por mais de 5000€. Fiz o pagamento por transferência para uma conta do Santander Totta em Espanha. O receio que tive ao ler os comentários e ao suspeitar que não era uma empresa credível, fez com que eu solicitasse o reembolso.
Pensei que se tratasse de uma burla, mas a verdade é que fui reembolsado em poucos dias e correu tudo bem.

Estou satisfeito com a compra da jacuzzi. O produto atendeu todas as minhas expectativas. Além disso, a entrega foi feita dentro do prazo combinado.

I ordered a whirlpool bathtub on December 1st, 2024, and had to wait an entire month for delivery, finally receiving it on January 3rd, 2025. Due to home renovations, I kept it stored safely without opening it immediately. When I finally unboxed it on February 18th for installation, I was shocked to find that:

❌ The bathtub was severely cracked in one corner
❌ The air pump was broken
❌ A white hose was damaged

I have tried multiple times to contact the company via email and chat, but I am being completely ignored! No response, no solution, nothing! It seems that once they take your money, they no longer care about their customers.
I can not upload photos to see exactly how damaged is the bathtub.
⚠️ I do not recommend this company to anyone! If you have any issues, you will receive zero support. I will continue to file complaints and report this situation to the authorities.

Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money and receive a damaged product!

They have a lovely looking website. The Delos bath looks lovely until it is delivered. The bath panels on it are not removable as a plumbing and gas engineer of 30 years. I purchased this for myself. It is impossible to install and level correctly.
Upon arrival, I unpackaged the whirlpool bath and removed the several screws from around the bath panels so I could remove them to get it inside and install later I found that the screws only fixed the bottom of the bath panels and they had fibreglass the top of the panels in position making them nonremovable which is also very very bad on a whirlpool bath for maintenance. I contacted them immediately about this and asked why are they not removable? I had already seen photos on their website of how to install it with the Bath panels removed. This is definitely not the case trust me.
The lady that answers the phone in England is very helpful to be honest but you have to email all your pictures to them and they are definitely not helpful. They take days to get back to me. I did actually say I’m one of my emails. Don’t worry I would not do a review as I feel like it is bad for businesses But unfortunately, I feel like protecting people from making the same mistake as I have.
I was told I had to repackage the bath so before I did I inspected it thoroughly and found that was actually some damage to the bath that was causing manufacturing. There is also pit holes in the bath where it has not been cast correctly. They are now trying to charge me £615 to return the bath to themselves to get a refund and in my eyes this is not acceptable on their website. It actually says they have multiple engineers in this country. Why would they not send one out to inspect the bath and they can clearly see that the bath is damaged definitely not caused by myself.
I have now instructed my lawyers and my credit card company to reclaim my funds and I will also be trying to charge storage due to the amount of time it takes them to get back to me to resolve this problem. I hope this helps somebody not making them the same mistake as I have.

We´ve ordered one Spa, one Sauna and one Bath Cabin a few months ago. The time of delivery was as informed and altough it take same time, and the order did not arrive all at the same time it did arrive as informed. It´s a great Value for money comparing with other equipments. Guarantee also worked as it should.

Experiencia excelente con esta empresa de Portugal, tengo viviendas en Portugal y siempre me han atendido genial.

Las reseñas negativas que veo en este perfil de españoles deben ser falsas o se han debido confundir de tienda, porque webdahidromassagem.com solo sirve en Portugal.

Es una empresa que no cumple cuando existe un problema aunque lo tengas en garantía, les he presentado una denuncia tanto en la oficina del consumidor, donde le abrieron un expediente y los tendré que llevar al juzgado porque después de traer un producto golpeado, con varios problemas que han salido a posteriori, ellos como si nada, eso sí, buenas palabras, te ofrecen el kit de por valor de 95 euros y se lavan las manos

Equipamento chegou com 6 meses de atraso sem estar em funcionamento, passado um ano ainda não está a funcionar,
A rede de técnicos divulgada no site é falsa, até à data não deram resposta nem solução para resolver o problema

Não aconselho de forma alguma a compra o que quer que seja a esta empresa,
Porque não cumprem prazos de entrega (mais de 6 meses de atraso)
Porque não dão assistência
Porque não respondem a emails
Informação enganosa no site, inexistência de rede de técnicos, pagamentos para Espanha sem possibilidade de reembolso, não cumprem com os termos e condições de venda, desde logo prazo de entregas, garantia obrigatória de 2 anos, recusa em aceitar devoluções,

Encomendei 2 banheiras e depois de muita dor de cabeça e atrasos so recebi uma delas... acabei por pedir o reembolso e até agora nada... continuo a dizer, sao uns grandes burlões...não têm nada em stock, nepia niente.... não recomendo de maneira nenhuma e vou apresentar queixa contra eles por burla.. não comprem, ha outras soluções quase ao mesmo preço... engano, burla...

Grande burla… estou ha 8 meses à espera de uma banheira… depois de várias datas falhadas deveria ter chegado no fim de janeiro… surpresa, hoje pela manhã recebi um e-mail a dizer que atrasaram mais 7 semanas … são uns burlões, não comprem … não tem nada em stock, grande burla
