Our staff are trained in taking card payments safely and private customer information is never stored. When you place an order with Warehouse Aquatics you are sent notification details at every stage and details of your order are always available on your account.

Excellent service as always. Sadly Parcel Farce managed to break the T8 tube but all was sorted by Nick in customer success team and a replacement sent out rapidly.

Great customer service. Ordered a fishtank, unfortunately it came broken, through no fault of their own, was well packaged, was down to poor delivery service. Contacted the company and they sent out a replacement within 24 hrs. Pleased to say the second fishtank arrived intact. Will definitely use again and recommend 👍
