A brilliant experience . The vehicle arrived on a flatbed exactly on time . The driver was really pleasant and took the time to take me through everything on the vehicle and check the vehicle over . The vehicle was a spotless Mercedes . I have nothing but praise for this company and would recommend without hesitation .

Straightforward, clear and helpful service

I’m very happy with the service provided by the company arranged through my car insurance. The delivery of the car to my home was smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. The driver was polite, punctual, and explained everything clearly.

The entire experience, from coordination to delivery, was professional and pleasant. I truly appreciate their responsible approach and attention to detail.

Very friendly delivery driver, James, explained all the controls and thoroughly checked the vehicle before handover.

Car dropped of by John within planned timeframe. He had a good sense of humour and was patient in explaining controls of the courtesy car. Friendly, respectful and polite. Answered questions to my concerns. Courtesy car arranged and arrived quickly. No complaints and would recommend using this company.

I wouldn't say experience was great it was a complicated and there doesn't seem to be any communication between the call team although very polite you never get the same person when you phone e.g. Email at 8.12 saying all paperwork now received car will be delivered. Then 10.10 hire paper work not received and until they get it they would not be able to deliver car but the hire car had been delivered at 9.30 need to get communication sorted. Apart for that everything every thing seems to be fine but will wait for my car to be returned be for commenting on over all performance.

Everything happened in a very timely manner .. very communicative team and everything was sorted out for me within 24 hours .. The whole team involved was exceptional and professional.

If only 0 stars was an option - the most horrific customer service, undertrained staff, rude managers, acting in the best interest of the third party, truly a disgrace.

Prompt, efficient, friendly service.

Absolutely appalling service. My vehicle was written off with a non fault accident & 3rd party insurers sent them a cheque which they sent to me but I never received it. They still made me return the hire vehicle, basically saying no longer their problem & left me without a vehicle. I ended up dealing with 3rd party insurers myself to get it sorted

I had a very positive experience dealing with the car accident claims team. From the moment I reported the incident, everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff were clear in their communication, kept me updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

The claims process itself was smooth and efficient, with minimal hassle on my part. All the steps were explained clearly, and any questions I had were answered promptly.

I was also provided with a courtesy car, which was a huge help while my vehicle was total loss. The car was clean, reliable, and arranged without delay, allowing me to carry on with my daily routine without disruption. Best thing was they let you keep the hire vehicle for another 5 working days after payout.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing support after an accident
