Service was excellent. Simon turned up first thing in the morning with a courtesy car and to take away my car to repair. He was a pleasure to deal with.

They called me at 8 am and the courtesy cow was with me by 2pm. From the first response to claims handler then onto the security document check-in and the delivery driver or three men delivered outstanding customer service very straightforward and I have now got a 2026 plate car we’ve just 7 miles on the flock to get me back on the road.

Vision have continually messed my parents around with the repair of their van. They were given a poor option as a hire car - an actual white van, which was not fit for purpose. They did not communicate how long repairs would take, and things have continually been pushed back and back. Eventually my parents asked for another hire vehicle that would be more useful, and they were given something better, but this should have happened from the outset. My parents have just come to pick up their vehicle which was said to have been fixed, only to find subpar work. My mum had previously asked for visions complaints procedure via email, but they skirted around this, which is not okay or legal. We will be taking it to the ombudsman, especially after the awful repair job that has taken over 3 months to complete. Avoid at all costs.

Jonathan was very helpful on all calls, clear and informative and got me from incident to hire vehicle delivered in about 2:30hrs. The driver who dropped the vehicle off (Jim?) was also brilliant and both are a great representative for your company.

The delivery driver was great to meet and talk to. He made everything all clear and went through all of the necessary steps to sign the hire car to me and was assuring that my car would be taken care of.

Representatives were very polite and helpful on the phone. The whole process of hiring the car was dealt with in an efficient way. Every step of the process was explained very clearly. My car was delivered promptly by Aaron who couldn't have been more polite and obliging.

Vision have made everything so easy, after the accident, it all seems like it will be hard work to get everything sorted, but everyone who we’ve spoken to and who has helped us have been fantastic, George and Elizabeth are the two main people I have dealt with, thank you taking the stress away.

The hire car was delivered quickly , but trying to return the hire car was problematic.e-mailed Vision to collect the hire car. it was 6days before they replied , and could not collect the car for another 6days. As I was not insured for the hire car, it sat blocking my driveway. After inspecting the hire car they said there was a small scratch on the door, and charged me £190. Will a avoid this company in future .After complaining, I have since received an e-mail saying they have buffed out the scratch on the door, and put the damage down to normal wear and tear. Good outcome but needless inconvenience.
