I had a very positive experience with Vision Vehicle regarding my car hire and insurance claim. From the beginning, they provided me with all the information I needed and kept me regularly updated throughout the whole process.

Their phone support was excellent — very professional, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed an update. What I appreciated most was that they took care of all the communication and arrangements with the third-party insurance company on my behalf, which made the whole process much easier and stress-free for me.

The service was efficient, well organised, and reassuring from start to finish. I really felt that my case was being handled properly and that I was kept informed at every stage.

I would definitely recommend Vision Vehicle to anyone who needs help with a car hire or insurance claim. Excellent customer service and great support throughout the whole process!

Being involved in even a minor car accident is stressful and leaves you a bit shocked. I was therefore unprepared when an hour or so after it happened I got a call from a claims manager who I took to be from the other party’s insurer (he was responsible for the accident and had admitted as much). The offer of a replacement vehicle was quickly made and I was passed to Vision. The representative I dealt with was very pleasant and a very nice hire vehicle was offered, but it was stressed to me that I had no need at all to involve my own insurers in the process and to resist attempts by either them or the other man’s insurers to take over. I came off the phone and started to question the whole process? And then the penny dropped. I think the other party had perhaps contacted what I now see was a Claims Management Company instead of his insurers, hence the speed at which they contacted me. I had no idea such a thing existed as it’s been many years since I have had an accident and so I was caught off guard, which is unlike me. The following day I phoned my own insurers and having discussed the matter, I contacted the Claims Management Company and cancelled the agreement with them, including the hire car. I think what others need to be aware of is the following. What Claimsline and Vision Vehicles offer is a perfectly legal service and if you are not at fault, you will probably receive a very nice hire car whilst the claim is being sorted out by them. However, you have already paid for car insurance and if something goes wrong, the company you are insured with will not provide any assistance. This may mean that if, further down the line there is a dispute on liability, you may be liable to pay for the car hire and if that car is a really nice one (as I was offered), that could be a lot of money. So, in short, just be aware of how this process works and go into any agreement with them with your eyes open. My damage is now being dealt with through my own insurers and I have actually opted not to have a hire car at all as frankly, I don’t want the responsibility of it.

Was excellent after my car was wrought off when a car hit when park up, they past my case to vision who handle the claim provided me with hire car whitin 24 hours gave me weekly up date and help me claim back some of my out of pocket expenses. Amanda and the team where excellent

Prompt efficient friendly service with excellent explanation of terms and condition plus vehicle operation.

After finding my vehicle had been hit by a coach on return from a day out.
Once insurance was sorted, Vision rang me first thing next morning, I had a hire car delivered within 3 hours. Brand new Nissan.
Over all I have no complaints at all.
