A great experience
We were lucky to get a flight on our second booking, when I know many others have had to wait a long time. The communication and information before the flight was good. On the day, the pilot was really good, very friendly and informative. We had nearly an hour's flight, with fabulous views and a smooth landing! The post flight prosecco was a nice touch too. It was great that passengers could get involved with the balloon preparation and afterwards help with putting it away. In all a great experience.

Great bucket list experience
Great experience in all aspects. Pilot (Chris Aindow) was fantasic, his instructions were clear and well comunicated, he highlighted points of interest to see and had great enthusiasm. It was on my bucket list to do and I was not disappointed, what a great way to see the Sussex countryside, only disappointment was that it had to end.
