Definitely worth 5 stars
I have given the experience 5 stars because the whole balloon experience truly was. From helping unfold the material, watching it inflate, getting in and flying was fabulous. So serene, peaceful and calm. The pilot was informative and witty, knowledgeable and professional.
Those who assisted in getting us up and down were also friendly and professional.
The welcome prosecco and certificate was a lovely touch too.
Just a heads up, you are invited/expected to help with the balloon,the site we flew from was a field as was where we landed, no facilities other than a bush! Also, we had booked 5 times previously, only to have them cancelled by the weather, totally no ones fault, just be prepared, the weather conditions have to be just right, which is understandable.
But don't let that put you off booking a great experience.

The flight and hole package was far…
The flight and hole package was far more than we expected. From the moment the ground crew picked us up. Tom the pilot was exceptional he explained everything was open to questions. Anyone wanting for there flight it’s worth the wait. We went on the Bakewell fight and the scenery was exceptional. Thanks again Tom Hook the lift off flight and landing was the best and so smooth
