Hidden fees! Steer clear. Payed almost double what i should have payed for tickets to a comedy show. Better off getting them through ticketek or ticketmaster

Booking was fast, the price are high but it was worthing it !

I bought a ticket a few hours before a show in Paris and it was the best decision ever. The price was a quite high but so was the demand. Everything went really smooth at the entrance, I had not problem getting in even though it wasn’t my name on the ticket. It turned out to be an incredible show, so it was worth the money.

Called twice and both times got amazing Support and Direction that too on a Sunday morning.

Everything was well explained in the emails, we received the tickets a day before the concert, there was no trouble with retrieving them and the concert was amazing.

What an unforgettable experience... just not for the reasons we were expecting.
Bought State of Origin tickets back in February and spent months building up the excitement for a 12-year-old autistic boy who thought he was finally going to experience one of the biggest nights in rugby league. He proudly told all of his mates he was going.
We organised time off work, booked accommodation in the city during school holidays, planned a eight-hour drive, and budgeted for rising fuel costs. Apparently, the only thing we shouldn't have done was trust that the tickets were actually legitimate.
The money is one thing—it can be earned again. The hardest part is explaining to a heartbroken son that he now has to tell all of his friends he isn't going after all because the whole thing was a scam.
Thanks for the lesson in disappointment. Hopefully, someone else reads this before making the same mistake.

I had no idea it was a reseller site so that was first mistake, I brought 4 tickets $175 each it was $985.71 with their ridiculous fees and then my credit card got charged $1020.21 as there were even more fees. When I got the tickets they were $50 each ones, so what should have been $200 cost me $1020.21. Beware is all I can say..

Sell tickets that don't exist stay well away no stars

Very unsatisfactory experience. Exorbitant fees and tickets that I could not and did not receive within time to make travel arrangements. There is no direct help in that you cannot speak directly with officer and they simply stopped emailing me when I made too much noise. Don’t but tickets this way!

Great game and great venue. Ticket buying process was great and smooth. No issues from procurement of the ticket to attending the game.

Very disappointing experience. I searched Google for Disney On Ice tickets and clicked on a sponsored ad, believing I was buying from the official ticket seller. I only realised after payment that Viagogo is a resale marketplace and I had paid over A$200 more than the official price.

I contacted customer service immediately and repeatedly requested to cancel my order before the tickets were delivered, but my refund request was refused every time. Customer service only provided generic responses and did not address my concerns.

I would not recommend Viagogo. Please compare prices with the official ticket seller before purchasing.

Total scam on undisclosed fees. Tix were advertised (and still are) at $137 each but when they added their undisclosed fees of over $328 , they ended up costing $197 each. Total fraud in my opinion. Will never use them again.

On the 8th of May we paid A$697.00 for 3 tickets to watch the Wallabies v Ireland. We got an email conformation with an ID number and :" congratulations youre going to the game!" 3.5 hours before kick -off we got a mail saying the tickets were no longer available. We rang the call centre and were told the vendor had withdrawn - I think because it was sold out and they realised they could make more money. T said they said would try to get replacements but I knew they couldnt -in the end I asked to be put through to a manager, who after 10 minutes just hung up on me - i hadnt even got angry. The i had to deal with a broken teenager and watch it on TV. Just terrible experience.

3x AFL tickets were advertised as seated next to each other. They were consecutively numbered but one seat was sprayed by a barrier and a 5m distance. It took 3 tries to lodge the complaint and Viagogo eventually via email saying that because the ticket numbers were consecutive they wouldn’t refund.

Now you try to charge me 100€!!!!

This website is a rip off. They don’t offer refund and once you buy that’s it. They charge extra ordinary high fees and their ticket prices are costly as well. Learned my lesson after incurring a loss of around $200.
Don’t buy from them as they comes on top of Google search because of paid marketing. Always look for other options on Google preferably directly from supplier.

Terrible company with no morals! No Refunds offered, terrible customer service.

I haven't had problems before but I am trying to resell Celine dion on tickets and keep getting a msg ...Sorry...Something went wrong. I am very worried about this . The agent didn't help or the bot. I bought multiple dates expecting to be able to sell once I booked flights but I can't list any of them. I've tried multiple devices, tried what they suggested and same error comes up. So frustrating and worrying
