We accidentally used the wrong credit card to purchase our tickets. We contacted customer service immediately, but instead of helping us resolve the issue, the phone call was disconnected and the live chat was closed without providing a solution. This happened multiple times

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. If you're looking to buy tickets, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before using this service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Viagogo and will never use this company again.

I accidentally purchased 4 child tickets instead of 4 adult tickets for an AFL game because the ticket type was displayed in very small print and was easy to miss. The tickets cost me over $400.

As soon as I realised the mistake, I contacted customer service hoping for a simple resolution. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I would have happily paid the price difference to upgrade to adult tickets, or accepted a refund so I could purchase the correct ones. Instead, Viagogo refused to help in any way.

Their only solution was to tell me to resell the tickets on their platform. The chances of selling four child tickets together are incredibly slim, so this is hardly a realistic solution.

To make matters even worse, when I tried to list the tickets for resale, the listing wouldn’t go live because Viagogo required proof of purchase to be uploaded. The only way to upload this proof is via a non-mobile device. I only have a mobile phone, so I was completely stuck. There was no alternative upload option and no practical assistance from customer service.

The entire experience has been frustrating, stressful and incredibly disappointing. For a company that charges significant service fees, I expected far better customer support and at least some willingness to help resolve an honest mistake. Instead, I was left out of pocket by more than $400 with no meaningful assistance.

I would strongly caution others to double-check every detail before purchasing through Viagogo, as if you make a genuine mistake, don’t expect any flexibility or customer care.

Although i didn’t think i will attend The Weeknd concert because the seller didn’t send me the tickets, you answered fast to my claims and you released new tickets for us before the concert begins. Tickets were not received and they said I would receive a refund. After months of phone calls they just keep wanting more time and never give me a refund . Do not use this company it’s a scam

Horrendous experience. Purchased tickets for an overseas event that never arrived in time. They were purchased 4 weeks before leaving. The tracking told me they tried to deliver but no notification in letter box on email. I tried ringing the numbers of the tracking advise; none of the numbers worked. The tickets took another week before they were finally left at the post office. When calling their help centre to advise tickets were not delivered before the event, they were not interested ; no interest in helping, no interest in trying to get me electronics tickets even though the FAQ’s say if tickets don’t arrive call and we can re-issue. Wrong, I called 5 times and just got so sorry nothing we can do. Do not use them, the prices are escalated and looking back at other peoples experience lack of delivery is no uncommon.

The communications
Via email once I purchased the tickets were constant and easy to understand. Exchanging the confirmations for the Tomorrowland bracelets was simple and hassle free. I’d use viagogo again

Under no circumstances should you purchase from this company. This company is fraudulent. I am now at the Police station to report my $1000 as stolen. I resold my State of Origin tickets on their resale section on their website. They sent me an email confirming the transfer of the tickets to the buyer and promised I would receive my money in 5 to 8 business days it is now 2 weeks. Still nothing .I was in contact with the buyer via email and mobile who confirmed receipt of the tickets. I just contacted Viagogo. Viagogo are refusing to give me MY money . They are saying that I cancelled the order and that is why they do not have to pay me. I emailed back to them the emails of confirmation that they originally sent to me. They are saying they need to investigate the evidence I provided to them ???? They were the ones who sent the evidence to me in the first place !!!
In summary, they have taken the money from the buyer, and instead of transferring the money to me, they have kept MY money . Disgraceful human beings that MUST be stop immediately

I bought my place for BTS concert in Paris, France. A very good place !!! I was a little nervous but it was an authentic ticket. The concert was very magic !!!!!!!

Viagogo customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I am still waiting on payment of tickets after they were sold 3 months ago and successfully delivered to the buyer. I have to contact them for an update. If I don't, there would be no contact at all. Each time I speak to someone, I get told that they have escalated the issue and that I need to wait with no definitive timeline or update provided along the way. They also have escalated the issue to the wrong team and there is no direct correspondence with the team actually handling the issue. They have also hung up on me several times which is unacceptable. I am beyond frustrated!

Very disappointing experience. I was redirected to this website believing I was purchasing tickets from the official event organiser, only to discover afterwards that it is a resale marketplace. I ended up paying more than 250% of the original ticket price.
At no point did I realise I was not buying directly from the event organiser. I still don't understand how I was redirected to Viagogo in the first place.
I feel completely misled and extremely disappointed by this experience. I strongly encourage others to double-check that they are purchasing from the official ticket provider before completing their payment to avoid the same situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this platform.

It was great experience. I got the tickets just one day before the concert. Viagogo helped a lot.
