I booked a visit and Sarah called me back. It was prompt response. During the visit she explained the potential problem during the installation. I like that she is not just want to sell you a product but she would really observe the property and let you know the problem. I am satisfied with the overall experience. Everyone in the company was helpful and assist you with any question.

The work to replace my old water softener with a new one was carried out efficiently. I am now confident that I will enjoy all the benefits of soft water especially not having to clean a buildup of lime scale.

Excellent service from quotation to installation and free delivery of salt blocks all within a matter of weeks. Lovely experience with Sarah the manager who visited our property and and sent us a quote promptly. She has a lot of knowledgable and took us through all options, taking time to explain and demonstrate thoroughly making it easy for us to choose the device that suited our property. We also had a Triflow Tap fitted to our water softener which allows you to have hot and cold softened water and a water filter for drinking water all in one.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their excellent communication, informative approach and efficient service.

I made contact with Sarah after problems with a Kinetico softener. She suggested next steps and manage to get Kinetico to get in touch with me before I could reach them. After the Kinetico visit, which was very little help to me, I decided to go with UK Water Softeners as they customer service and knowledge by far exceeded any other company I've researched. From start to finish Sarah, Andrew and Steve delivered an excellent service.

Fantastic experience.
We shopped around, looking for a combination of service and value, and UK Water Softeners stood head and shoulders above the rest of the market.
A local, family business (which is very important to me), and the fitter/plumber Pete did a great job, and was also very tidy.
The unit is hidden in a corner cupboard, can hardly be seen, and the water quality was transformed in only a couple of days.

Everything went well with the installation, Steve did a really good job with what looked like a complicated situation with the pipe work and access to it all via the sink cupboard, etc.

Engineer called to repair and service our water softener unfortunately machine had seen better days and was knackered, It was 13 years old, I had an option to rebuild or replace decided to replace with the latest model, engineer was professional polite and informative and very tidy, I would not think twice about recommending uk water softeners “excellent”

Had our water softener installed a month ago on recommendation from a friend who had a great experience. The presales visit and quote was very clear and answered all my concerns and questions. Had the install done a week later. The installation was very quick and done to a very professional level. They explained how to use and manage the device in nice simple terms. We had a water softener installed over a month ago and our experience of the sales process, installation and after sales have all been great. The water softener has made a huge difference to limescale build up and the instant drinking water from the tap makes life much easier. Installation was neat and everyone we dealt with was helpful and polite.

Great service, we had initial urgent support to remove our faulty water softener followed by seamless install of the new one.

Sarah came to our house on time, explained the options and discussed the unit installation location options.

She was able to give the quote there and then and arrange a date for installation.

Peter came a few days later to install the softener unit, an additional filter and an extra outside tap. All of this was done quickly, cleanly and without any drama.

About 5 years ago, we decided to invest in a water softener
At the time, our perception was that they were quite expensive, so we opted for a refurbished unit
The softener performed Ok for the first 3 years, but then progressively got worse
- needing several repairs, until it eventually failed completely

The softener was installed very quickly and has been functioning well ever since
- the install was completed very professionally
- we hear the regeneration cycle regularly as expected

After about 6 weeks I tested the water and have found it to be significantly softened

I approached UK Water Softeners to visit, suggest and quote the best suitable system for the property recently moved into. Sarah gave a call, fixed a date and visited. Being very knowledgeable she understood the plumbing system well, listed the options and described everything well. She had even brought all the systems and taps in her vehicle. A discount was applied for the partly existing plumbing system, in their quotes.
Happy overall, we decided to proceed and we were clearly communicated the total cost, date and time of work etc. Work was well executed and we have started to enjoy softened water in the property within the mentioned time window(because we have an overhead tank).
