UK Water Softeners Bewertungen

Such a smooth process from start to finish. Srah was welcoming, very patent and explained the different types, reviewed what was currently installed and shared all the relivant information i needed to make an informed decision.

Upon ordering everything went well and im so happy I ordered from UK Water Softeners and not Culligan Harvey directly.

Thank you Sarah and the team!

Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The installation engineer was thorough and explained the whole process and ensured that we were fully understanding of the system. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from hard water !

Excellent service from the initial booking to installation. Installation was on time and the fitter cleaned up everything after him. Would highly recommend

Great local company, Sarah was excellent. The installer was on time and fitted everything in a professional manner. The water softener is excellent and we are already seeing the difference, we love it and have recommended it to our family and friends.

Great family firm. The site visit was quickly arranged and the options explained thoroughly. Water softener available quickly and fitted by my plumber who has done all the plumbing from day one of our renovation and is well known to them. I would highly recommend this firm.

The service was excellent in all respects from start to finish. The work was done to a high standard at a reasonable cost and the communication and liaising between company and customer was very friendly yet professional, diligent and proactive. A personal and professional family business

Quick response and arrangement, helpful engineer

What a lovely local British company. Our 20 year old water softener was noisy. I made the call for an inspection. The engineer Andrew is such a nice gentlemen. He was very patient when discussing the options on what to do next and gave me the time to make up my mind without hurrying me..
Very conscientious and his work is of such a high standard. Meticulous detail. Took a lot of trouble routing the new pipes.
Amazingly our original water softener was supplied by Andrews dad Kevin Goody. This is such a nice local family concern. Deserve our support.

Our old water softener stopped working and UK Water Softeners provided an excellent service and installation of our new softener. They were able to use the pipework already in place which kept disruption to a minimum. All the staff I have dealt with have been professional, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The site survey was carried out thoroughly and all was explained how the softener works and the benefits! The installation was carried out carefully and efficiently in the time slot allocated. On completion the engineer left everything clean and tidy.

Great service from start to end. Genuinely nice and knowledgeable people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had a new water softener installed by Andy. He was in time asked to take shoes off to come in and completed work in professional manner. Totally cleaned up after.
Provided a 5☆ service

It was easy! UK Water-Softeners replaced my old unit with a New one efficiently and without any problems at all. Rapid responses to emails and telephone calls made the experiance trouble free. It was a very reassuring experiance ..... well done.
No 'Robots' involved .... just real and capable people!

Installation was done efficiently and great care to make sure everything was done to a good standard.

We bought our first water softener from Kevin and in 2005 and found his service and product absolutely brilliant. He came out to deliver salt blocks, which have always been competitively priced, in all weathers and they’ve never let us down, ever. Just bought more salt blocks from their website and again they are more competitive than Amazon and they deliver free of charge. We feel we’ve invested well in having a water softener- no limescale and hard water- and today we are still receiving a first class service from Andrew and Sarah and their team. They don’t hard sell and they support their customers. Highly recommend.

Great communication, came back to me with updates.
The fitter was excellent, very knowledgable and polite.
Overall a very good experience

Clear helpful advice from beginning to end, and the installation engineer was so thoughtful with regard to routing of pipework and future access to things such as the main stopcock.

I don't very often write reviews however this company certainly deserves one! I was in need for a water softener due to being in a hard watar area and my property did have once installed previously however it was taken by the previous occupier. I managed to touch base with the previous occuipier and asked for their make and model they have taken with them. Upon response I was provided with UK Water Softeners Wokingham, Berkshire with contact details for Sarah Thomas. After contacting Sarah I got an immediate response and she offered to visit to disuss options and inspect the location as to where the previous water softener was installed to which I agreed to. The visit went extremely well and she clearly explained the avaiable options, no pressure sales and listened everything I had to say. I chosen the options and got a quotation which I was really impressed with. Then on installation on the day and time as agreed Steve Harvey turned up and performed the installation professionally, yet again taking everything into consideration that I explained and the installation went exactly as I hoped. The end result is fantastic! This is exactly what a business should be. Friendly, no pushy sales and got straight to the point. Thank you to everyone involved with the servce that I have recieved. UK Water Softeners you certainly have my approval! Thank you!

Engineer friendly & informative. Service & repair carried out promptly at reasonable cost.
