We met Sarah a few weeks ago, she explained the options we had, and was able to book us in within a month. The engineer was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did a super job, tidied up afterwards and left us all up and running. A week in and we're enjoying soft water, no limescale on taps or the showers and even wine glasses left to drip dry are water mark free. Cant wait to wash the car next, and loose the water marks too.

Latest salt delivery by James was excellent. He very helpfully put everything just where I asked, in my garage. My water softener was installed by UK Water Softeners about ten years ago. It has always worked reliably and it is easy for me to order block salt when I need it.

From the time I reported a problem with my old water softener to to the full and satisfactory installation of a new softer , I experienced immaculate service ranging from dealing with the receptionist down to the engineers involved in sort out my requirements.
They not only keep their dates and timing commitment but also showed their expertise and skill in completing their work.

Our water didn't feel as soft as it should and the water test showed yellow not green (soft) or red (hard). UK Water Softeners sent an engineer within a few days of reporting it and he found interior leakages that were reducing the efficiency of the water softener. Many parts were replaced and it tested green. After 2 days we now have soft water throughout the house.

During a service after 19 years of having had my Harveys TwinTec Water Softener, I was advised that the softener was beyond economical repair. Within that same day the installation of an upgrade was planned for 2 days hence and installed as planned.
2 bags of salt were provided at no charge and the cost of the service was waived.
On another note I have purchased salt from UK Water Softeners for a number of years at the cheapest price in my locality - and delivered.
All in all excellent service, at cost effective pricing!

We bought a water softener from UK Water Softeners - they were recommended through Check-a-trade. Buying though them was a great experience - Sarah provided quotes and described everything really well and Steve did the install very smoothly and efficiently. They were both very friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be buying from this local team again.
We opted for the TwinTec S4 to replace an old system that came with the house - so far it seems to be doing a much better job than the old system.

UK Water Softeners recently visited to repair our out-of-warranty Harvey water softener, which had stopped working. Appointment was arranged quickly and their very polite and friendly technician, Andrew, arrived on time. He investigated what had gone wrong and was clearly very knowledgeable about the workings of the unit. He suggested a repair and offered to do the work there and then (without applying any pressure to do so). Repair was done at a fair price and our unit is working well again. I’ll have no hesitation in choosing this small family business again in future.

From start to finish everything was excellent Andrew very informative and talked me through the process of why my water system was not functioning correctly. Purchased a new one he fitted it in a short time left everything very tidy and told me to contact them if I needed any help in the future.

Polite gentleman with excellent description of what was needed and also discussed options without pressure.my decision to replace my very old machine and this was done with courtesy, cleanliness and very quickly too! No stress at all and he departed leaving me feeling delighted!!

Our water softener stopped working and I made an appointment to have it checked. Rosalyn was extremely helpful & an appointment was made. Carl came today (took shoes off without asking!), and spent time looking at the problem. He has replaced many parts (under the 10 year parts warranty), and is confident the problem is sorted. Carl even asked me to contact on Weds to let him know! Polite, courteous & professional. He also moved the softener from a difficult to access cupboard to a more sensible position! Has left the kitchen clean. dry & tidy! As usual an EXEMPLARY service from UK Water Softeners.

What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.
