Despite the current difficult economic climate Transparent has continued to enjoy success and growth over the past 12 months making us well placed to continuing offer great value and service to our customers throughout 2012 and beyond. Terrible. Ordered a garmin scales
Order email to me to state order accepted - but not confirmed
5 days later i chase - am told it was delivered 4 days ago. Chase up and discover it was delivered to Wrong address.
I never received any order confirmation or dispatch info.
Received refund on day 7
Just use eBay.

Very smooth transaction
Hadn't heard of or dealt with this company before so was a little worried but was all smooth. Item (an LG TV) was cheaper than the main retailers and it arrived sooner than expected. Very trouble free transaction.

Disappointing experience
Ordered a printer that was cheaper than everywhere else, with 1-3 day delivery. 4 days later, hadn't received confirmation of delivery nor tracking details. Called customer service only to be told I was unlucky enough to have my parcel 'lost in transit.' Coincidentally their supply stock was also no longer available. On a positive note - they were quick to refund the money, but unfortunately I was left disappointed with poor customer service, and wasted time.

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy. You ordered the G4050 scanner and we sent you the G4050 scanner, so did you perhaps mean that the product wasn't what you had expected? In terms of you not having received a return, unfortunately until you contacted us after already having left this review you had not even asked for a return or advised us that you had sent the item back. As it turns out, you have also sent the item back to an incorrect address which is currently closed due to COVID-19, so we are not in a position to refund you yet. As soon as the parcel arrives back with you and you raise a return with us and send the parcel back to us correctly we will of course refund you in full.
