Despite the current difficult economic climate Transparent has continued to enjoy success and growth over the past 12 months making us well placed to continuing offer great value and service to our customers throughout 2012 and beyond. EDIT: Hi, I'm pretty sure you knew I wasn't happy with your company from the various emails sent by both sides and if you don't know what this review is about you've clearly not read my emails. You also avoided my calls too.
To date I've still not received the chat log which you said I would receive from your email on the 30/07/2020. The error was on both sides with the initial price match, you matched priced a different model to the screenshot I sent. In addition to this the 2nd order we received the wrong items. If this doesn't clear things up, let me know and I'll provide more info, but in the meantime it would be good to have the info I'm still waiting on.

I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy, but I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the above. You requested a specific part code which we supplied. You then said that you had ordered the wrong thing and wanted to return them. At that point we offered to accept a return and swap out to the items you did wish to purchase, or if you were going to order the alternatives elsewhere and simply send the others back, then as per our T&C's we'd need to charge your business a restocking fee on the goods ordered in error. You choose to order the replacements and we got them to you quicker than expected and efficiently processed a full refund on the goods ordered by you in error.
