After a successful acquistion of the company in Jan 2011 by brothers Steven and Richard Warwick, the company was moved again to the outskirts of Portsmouth on the South Coast and has experienced dramatic growth, culminating in the launch of a brand new web-site and an expansion in its range of products from 4,500 to over 40,000 products. Despite the current difficult economic climate Transparent has continued to enjoy success and growth over the past 12 months making us well placed to continuing offer great value and service to our customers throughout 2012 and beyond. Bit of a mid - job panic when my MacBook suddenly failed mid job!
Having replaced it I then needed to upgrade my drawing tablet... Transparent we’re really helpful AND had exactly what I needed...
No fuss next day delivery and I was back up and earning within a couple of days!
Drama without the crisis...!
Personal touch seems very rare these days but the team at Transparent nailed it... completely recommend them...👍🏻

This is the worst company to deal with…
This is the worst company to deal with if you need something refunding due to being thr wrong product. I ordered a Epson printer for uber eats and it was described in the advert on Google and led me to transparents website. But because I ordered as a business and the printer doesn't connect to ubereats as its the one with no Bluetooth they will not refund me back. Literally opened up for 5 mins to check and then resealed everything and put in box. But that is not good enough for Richard one of the owners who is not helpful at all. Saying as a business customer we have no rights on returning something that was purchased by genuine mistake. I hope they enjoy spending my hard earned money and don't worry karma is always there.. what goes round comes round.. thanks for not helping at all..don't buy anything from these guys as they won't refund it back if u make a mistake

Great Service
First time I have used this company and the service has been excellent. Ordered a Accuratus V800 - USB - Ultra HD 4K - 3840 x 2160 Resolution USB Webcam on 18/11/2020 at 4pm and it arrived today 19/11/2020 at 12:30pm now that is what I call first class service.
