Never heard of Transparent before but they came up on Google search for Axis camera.
I called them to check delivery timescales due to Lockdown, spoke to polite young lady who advised me to order on line which I did around 4pm. Would you believe the camera arrived 9:00am the next day, amazing service and great price. Highly recommend and will use again!

Ordered printer then informed next day…
Ordered printer then informed next day that there was a mistake with the price cot £77 more. I was promised next day delivery but it did not arrive. Then promised Saturday delivery and it did not arrive until the Monday at About 5pm. Richard one of the staff was helpful but the whole experience was stressful and shambolic.using Covid19 as an excuse is shameful

I bought a printer on their website and paid extra for the next day delivery service (needed this printer asap). Next day, around 2 pm I received an email from them saying that the price for that printer is wrong and they will send me a refund. I called them and explained that in this case, it was misleading information! The customer service was very unprofessional and rude. I notified them that I am going to make a complain and leave negative feedback for their services, but been told that I can do whether I want.
It wasn't my fault to put the wrong price. Normally, all good sellers send you purchased item and deal with their mistakes without even letting you know. They know how to admit their mistakes and deal with it. However, this company just looking for excuses. You can not rely on them at all.
I will never buy anything from them again and never ever recommend them to anyone.
If you are looking for a reliable company, look somewhere else.
P.S. They have even been looking for excuses when they replied on this feedback, and tried to make me a lier and rude person.
I tried to resolve the issue with them, but they didn't want to listen to me and by the law, I must notify them about my next steps, what I did.

Thank you for the review although from checking the details of this I can see this review is untrue. You placed an order last night out of business hours so you were not expecting this until tomorrow and we have informed you today there was a pricing error on the website so we couldn't fulfil the order and we would cancel and refund your order in full.
Errors do happen from time to time and with the current COVID19 pandemic we are taking slightly longer to find errors than usual but that being said we still told you by just after lunch time that we could not process your order.
No company when there has been a pricing error will fulfil orders at a loss. That is why you got an order acknowledgement and not an order confirmation email as it gives us a chance to check orders and make sure they are ok to process.
No one has misled you, there was a genuine error where the wrong price has been fed out across our whole brother printer range and as soon as its been noticed it has been rectified. We aren't withholding money from you or refusing you a refund. We contacted you and said we would refund you in full.
I have also listened back to the phone call where you were rude to one of our team, there is no need for rudeness when all that person is trying to do is help you and explain what has happened.
We are sorry there was an error but we are as always putting that right and you will receive a full refund as stated
New home printer
I bought an new home printer for working from home. Price was really good...so good I suspected it was too good to be true. Ordered it for regular delivery as my old printer was still just working. It arrived 2 days later....so good price and really good delivery time. I will use them again.
