Brilliant service. Ordered a microwave at a great price which was delivered on time. The delivery person waited and helped whilst I removed the packaging to check it over. After leaving I noticed a hairline crack on the glass plate and that the instructions were missing. I contacted Total Digital and got through straight away. They sent a replacement glass plate and instructions the next day. Would order from them again.

Ordered a product (worrying it was dodgy) and then indeed 6 hours later it was. Again very unhelpful / rude staff when I called to check.

To the point I (previous to this) I thought it might be a scam. I will be checking with my bank tomorrow.

Ordered a TV 25% cheaper than John Lewis. Had my reservations but ordered online on the Sunday checked the order on the Monday and it was delivered on the Friday. I would definitely use them again.

I was a little dubious about buying an LG C1 T.V. seen on the Google search bar that was 25% cheaper than any competitor in my search, especially as I had never heard of the company. I took the risk and paid on credit card and the order was processed in 48 hours. After waiting 4 days I started to doubt my good fortune and rang the store for an update on the order. I was told over the phone my order was with the delivery company and it should be delivered the next day. Sure enough an hour later I received a phone call from the transport company, who again I had never heard of, to say they would be delivering in a 2 hour slot the next day. A man in a plain white van was at my door the next morning with a boxed brand new LG T.V. All was as hoped for and the product was brand new. Sometimes when something is too good to be true it really is true. Thank you Total Digital, whoever you are!

Rubbish customer service. Ordered a microwave online. It didn't arrive. No communication. Sent an email - no response. Two weeks without a microwave so rang them and got told it would be here in 2 days. 16 days without a microwave. Asked for postage refund and got some crappy excuse about the courier. No refund, no apology. Watch out...

Absolutely excellent service! New LG OLED 48” tv. Was offered as ex display but arrived brand new sealed, with all protective film still on. Delivered by the company themselves rather than risking rattling around in the back of a couriers van.
Best bit was the deal - £180 cheaper delivered than Curry’s for exactly the same thing (currys £799, totaldigital £619).
I did read and disregarded some of the negative reviews as people paying much lower prices expecting the commutation infrastructure of a billionaire multi national company. Deal with confidence. Very pleased and will use these guys every time I need something. 5*****

Great service. Ordered an ex-display TV online. Received a call two days later with delivery details. Delivery arrived as promised. All TV components had been repackaged in the original box and packaging (even the screws for the stand were in their original bag). Can't fault them.

The fridge freezer we bought was excellently priced and delivery was very reasonable. The service was great and the staff we dealt with on the phone were efficient and very polite, and the gentlemen delivering were really helpful. It’s not very often I would ring a company to thank them for the excellent service but I did on this occasion.

Ordered an American fridge freezer over a week ago.Chased them about delivery.Finally got an email to say it was being delivered at the weekend.(10 days after I had paid for it!),
Have now received another email to say that they don't actually have the fridge freezer and they have cancelled my order.
Scammers.

I ordered a fridge freezer on line and was given a delivery of 7 days. I paid by card and provided all my delivery details. After receiving confirmation of order I was sent another message informing me that the order was cancelled as it was not in stock. They now have all my personal details and card information.

Got the product at a very good price. Great service on the phone and delivered next day. Very flexible on delivery too. Very satisfied.

Sent me an invoice for my order and nothing else. I emailed about the item purchased and no response. The item is still advertised for sale even though it was a display item.
Terrible company. If you cancel someones order at least tell them.

Saw a TV for a fantastic price - 200 cheaper than any price I'd seen and 350 cheaper than Curry's.

I called them up to confirm it was a brand new TV, not a display or refurbished, and after great customer service I bought it right there on the phone. 3 hours later they called to arrange delivery, I had it the next day. Amazing service, unbeatable price. The only thing is: they were not very flexible on the delivery. I was told a 3 hour window and they will call me before it arrives, no negotiation really. That said - I couldn't be happier with the purchase and the TV!!

Ordered a brand new Samsung fridge freezer ordered on Saturday delivered Wednesday everything as expected polite and friendly service from start to finish no reservations best prices on the Internet

We bought an ex-demo TV from Total Digital's website at a greatly reduced price (over £300 below the prices of major retailers), and were expecting a few fingerprints on the screen or perhaps a scratch or two to the bezel, but the TV that arrived was perfect. It still had the protective plastic on the corners and logo; the remote was still sealed with the manual; the stand had clearly never been set up before. I doubt the TV had ever been used as the sockets at the back looked clean too. The only thing that pointed to it being demo or a return was that it turned up in an unbranded box. So far it is working beautifully and I'm very pleased with the purchase (will update if that changes!).

One thing you should know is that they do not employ a separate courier company - it is actually two men from their shop who drove all the way here! We received a phone call the day before delivery and were given a two-hour slot, which was very helpful. We ordered on a Sunday and the TV was delivered on Tuesday and on time, so very pleased with that too. The delivery men turned up in a somewhat battered white van (first thought... uh oh...), but they carried the TV carefully into the house and asked where we wanted it, which is better service than you normally get from a courier.

Because they use their own guys, returning an item might be a bit more expensive than most other shops. Not sure...

The only reason we have knocked off a star is because they trade under three different names. The website we bought from was Total Digital. The phone call was from Electronic Empire and the receipt stated Premier AV Centre. Not only is this confusing - it won't fill customers with confidence!

But overall a good experience and would buy from them again.

Sold me a faulty product, they were rude, obnoxious and completely unhelpful. Would not accept a refund despite me calling after 2 days of receiving.

I ended up calling dyson direct and they said that the company should deal with it for the first 30days, as I had said to them.

Thankfully Dyson were fantastic and helpful. But they agreed that the company should be dealing with the faulty item, not me.

The language and attitude from the call was appalling.

Ordered a Samsung 4K Blueray Player, which said it came with 3 free 4K movies which i would receive after contacting Samsung customer services.

After 5 days i had no confirmation that the order had been sent out, or when i might expect to receive it.
I emailed them at around 9am and waited for a reply.
I was a little impatient and decided to phone them at 16:30 that same day, i was told that the item was sent out by DPD and that they had tried to deliver it twice but i wasn't home.
This was not the case as i had been home all day on the dates in question. I was told that DPD were going to try to deliver it again the following day.

I decided to contact DPD myself as i have a DPD account, they told me they had no record of any such order for my name or my address. He did find a note that an order had been placed by TotalDigital that morning at 11am, but that this was the only order and they had not tried to deliver it previously.
DPD and myself believe that TotalDigital had forgotten to send my order and when i emailed that morning, they realised this and sent it out asap.

This can happen in any business, but do not lie to customers about who's fault it was.
Also after registering with Samsung the 3 free 4K movies were out of stock and so i didn't get them.

Never lie to a customer especially one who has a DPD account anyway, which logs any orders under their name/address.

Will never use them again regardless of prices and can't recommend them either.

I recently bought a 40" Sony Bravia TV from this company. Unfortunately on the second day a fault developed, which was the picture cutting out, but still had sound. I contacted them and they put me in touch with Sony technical who talked me through trouble shooting, including adding new software electronically to try and remove the fault and the TV worked for the 6 hours before I shut it down and went to bed. The following day I switched on the TV and the fault had reappeared. I contacted Premieravcentre (this was on a Friday morning ) and they promised a replacement within 3 working days.I was reasonably happy with that promise . Later that day I got a call saying that they would deliver a new TV on Saturday morning (following day ) between 9 and 10am. They arrived with the new TV at 8.45am, so well pleased with the delivery service, especially since they had travelled over 100 miles to my house. I am pleased with the new TV and the excellent service from the supplier. The only reason I did not put 5* was because of the problem with the initial TV, but the service was EXCELLENT.
