Had 18 digital photos, many old with low resoluiton camera, we asked to be enlarged and put on foam board. Fantastic result by Tony. He must have spent a good deal of time enhancing most of the photos and producing the best possible resolution - some were exceptional, beyond anything we had expected. This man is a true artist and professional. And amazingly his prices ae not at all high, about the same as a place like Kwik Kopy, who don't use real photographic paper and give the kind of individual attention Tony does to enhancing and getting the best out of every photo he does. It was clear that he took enormous pride in his work. This is the kind of business one finds very, very rarely.

So was looking for a new washing machine and I was searching the Internet and came across this business. Not going to lie I was sceptical reading the reviews but in my opinion there unjust. What an amazing business to deal with from beging to my purchase being delivered. The LG washing machine was and is exactly as described and advertised at on there site. Thank you and I will 100% look to use this company again

Dodgy company , delaying delivery and hiding cancellation charges in T&C which covers them for their mistakes

I bought Montpellier MTD30P 3kg Vented Tumble Dryer 14/10/25 I asked if it was new and boxed and was told yes
Because i was going to cancel it and ask for a refund
The dryer had cardboard to protect the door and bubble wrapped NOT NEW AND BOXED
It has a dent in the side and does not heat up very well so it is not fit for purpose.i have emailed many times which all have been ignored.i cannot log in to my account anymore.This company uses many names which must be illegal.
As i work in a solicitors office i will be taking this further

I ordered from this company 20 days ago being promised my parcel would arrive in the next two days !!! It was sent to the wrong address,then I never received it !! Five times I was promised a refund,five times I was told that the refund had already been sent,all lies,I was even sent an email saying the the refund was processed,another lie,today (after 20 days of promises)the refund arrived but the incorrect amount !!! The customer service of this company is diabolical.Order from this company at your peril !!!

I was worried after reading some of the reviews on here, however, absolutely no issues at all with my purchase. Bought an LG soundbar at half the price elsewhere. It arrived 3 days later, brand new, in original box and working perfectly.

Very dodgy company based in a run down part of Birmingham! As a previous customer stated, they trade under several company names, including Premier AV Centre, Total Digital, and on Amazon as Electronic Empire.

It’s likely that they sell faulty items which they have sourced for knock down prices. Hence why some of their prices are lower at times than reputable stores.

When trying to return, even if the item has remained completely sealed and unopened (for example when you reach home and read these reviews over the next few days!), they refuse to communicate with you. Once you do manage to speak to them (using a different number) they lie about their names (for instance Harry pretends to be Ray!), and then proceed to tell you that you have passed their seven day return policy (which was 28 days when purchasing), and that they will charge you a 20% restocking fee (no mention of this on their documentations)!

If something is too good to be true, it usually is. So please beware, and in fact stay away. Having multiple reviews saying the same thing is no coincidence.

Through some digging around and research, I have also discovered their positive reviews to be bogus. Fake reviews basically, created by themselves (and maybe friends/family) through various other accounts and names.

Please don’t take any risks. Just wait and shop around. Even if it means paying a few quid extra, you’ll be happy you did when your purchase is legitimate, it works, and you won’t have that horrible feeling of being scammed.

Recently bought samsung q700d soundbar. Very good service. Just setup today. Very good quality. Surprised to get next day delivery as I ordered in afternoon. Very much recommend seller. I would buy other stuff from here in future.

I was looking to buy an LG soundbar and the Totaldigital.biz has it much cheaper than anywhere else. It looked suspicious first and then I started reading reviews here on trustpilot and I understood that they are not fake at least. I read many bad reviews about them as well as good ones so it was up to me if I do the risk or not. I decided to do it and ordered the soundbar from them. Order placed and thats it! No confirmation of order is dispatched and no emails from delivery servicec about its being dispatched e t.c. Then I decided to email totaldigital to ask whats going on. I got a reply in a few hours that my order is dispatched and will be with me in two days. Then shorty after, I also got an email from Royal mail that it will be delivered in two days. And it was delivered as they promised and the product was brand new, fully packed and no signs of previously touch as described by others here. The soundbar is better than I expected and I am very happy with my purchase from this store. The only thing I would suggest them to do is to keep customers updated with emails. Other than that, all good. I will be using them again and would recommend if the deal is good.

What was worrisome about the whole transaction, was the lack of tracking information ? There was none at all, no updates, no advice on carrier ( who the carrier was ) . It arrived , it worked, but the customer service is shocking.

Ordered a computer monitor. He sent out an inferior, cheaper monitor. Which was also damaged! Tried to pass this off 'as new' which was laughable. He then expected me to pay for the return postage (which is hassle for large monitor). Then refused to take the return. Then tried to refuse the refund.

He puts up many hurdles so you might give up returning his shoddy products. It took months and months to get this resolved. This is how he trades.

I experienced shady business practices, lies and a complete disregard for the laws of this land. He should not be allowed to trade in my opinion.

If this, and other the negative reviews, do not dissuade you from parting with your money then do some digging on this ‘company’ (it's just a sole trader) and the other 'businesses' at this address. All the same problems.

Found this gem of a website while scouting the market for a particular product number - It was an LG OLED EVO 2023 display model they listed for £400 less than the retail giants.

We purchased on Sunday and by Monday we were informed of a delivery window, and we had received by Thursday. All the protective wrappings and original packaging was on so we was delighted as seemed like a brand new TV.

Always picked up the phone and were friendly, professional and helpful, very re-assuring to have someone on the end of the phone who is aware and on top of your order.

Im was worried after read the revies but there was no need too. The Dishwasher was delivery to Scotland after 6 working days after order. Perfect price, 2/3 of the retail price.

Not a reliable company. TV was sold as brand new however the box was already opened. After 13 months the tv started to play up until the picture went on the 14 month. Try to avoid when it comes up as the cheapest when searching for a, TV.

Bought a TV from them and was a bit sceptical as the price was £150 cheaper than anywhere else, the communication was zero and I was worried but 3 days in as promised I had a day and time booked the TV was delivered by two men who bent over backwards, they arrived on time after a 4 hour journey and were charming, read the reviews you can dismiss a lot of the bad ones

I ordered an indesit larder fridge (which was cheaper than other dealers) with unbelievable next day delivery. Excellent service and very pleased with it.

Reselling opened and used products, they could function as resellers for other companies clearance. My tv when arrived it was in such a condition, used and the box resealed. The description didn't mention "opened and used". Tried to contact them, their response "we have no idea what you're talking about" . Also 2 days after product arrived i started receiving spam fishing sms from various numbers about "not receiving products-follow this link" etc .
Avoid at all cost. Don't purchase anything from this company even if they're 10-15 % cheaper

I purchased an Indesit Tumble Dryer 19/12/22 which I was led by the website as ex-display. It was delivered 24/12/2022, all seemed ok until a week later when I noticed water pooling underneath the dryer - checked the filters etc... these were fine. A week later more water pooling..... lifted the dryer to discover the water pipe underneath is no longer attached. On further inspection it looks like a vain attempt of a repair using glue had taken place. To add insult to injury no response from Total Digital - I have emailed photos of the issue, chased, phoned....nothing! Worse time of the year to be stuck without a dryer when the washer goes on every day!!! I will now have to pay for guaranteed repairs out of my own pocket on top of the purchase and delivery costs.
