ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
After receiving my brand new spod rod, it didn’t take long for me to notice that the butt eye was smashed and bent. I contacted the company straight away, and they said they would send out a replacement section.
Weeks later, the replacement was still nowhere to be seen. After chasing it up multiple times, all I was told was that they couldn’t get hold of the tracking number, which was already frustrating enough.
Fast forward to now, and I unfortunately missed the collection date, which I admit was my own fault. However, despite this, I’m now being told that I have to pay a £25 charge for a product I paid £99 for, which I still can’t even use.
Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve already had to wait weeks for a replacement for a rod that arrived damaged, and now I’m expected to pay another £25 on top of that. I don’t think that’s fair at all, especially considering the original issue wasn’t even caused by me.
I most definitely won’t be using this company again as this is my first time using them and I’ll I can say is that their absolutely rubbish.

We completely understand your disappointment, and we appreciate that the original fault was not caused by you. However, regarding the £25 collection charge, we can only offer one collection free of charge. If a collection is missed due to an issue with the courier, we would of course cover the cost and arrange this again at no charge. Unfortunately, where a collection has been missed by the customer, this is not something we’re able to cover and the standard £25 re-collection charge applies.
We appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we do have to apply the same collection policy consistently. We’re sorry that this situation has left you feeling this way about your first experience with us, and we hope we can still work towards resolving the matter for you.

Amazing service 👌 after ordering 2 reels from a different company and they didn’t send them after 2 weeks I only had 2 days before it was my boys birthday. I then ordered from total fishing and they managed to get the reels delivered in that time just 48 hours 👏👏 Aimee was brilliant from their end with a quick response and help with tracking.

Order delivered by royal mail but not…
Order delivered by royal mail but not left in safe place and someone took it. Contacted total fishing as no response from royal mail. Communicated with Aimee and Page who resolved the problem by sending a claim form by email. Total fishing went above and beyond and have despatched delivery again. Thanks for great service
