I have purchase a pre loved bivvy
Bivvy ... skull cap plus extension
I purchase this last week ..it arrived the next day ..30 10 26..
My son and I excitedly put up the bivvy..
Fantastic...
Storm poles pegs .. skull cap ..
No extension...
I emailed on friday ..
I emailed them on Monday
No reply...
This is the second purchase from them ...
The first waz a disaster...
I thought a company like that it couldn't happen again
Yet it did .. lack of contact .. its very poor I belive ...

Great people to deal with. Had a few pre used bargains off them. Recently ordered various items of carp bait. Two of the items were not what I ordered. Recognizing their error they let me keep the wrong items for free and sent me the right ones. Can’t say fairer than that. Will be using again in future.

As usual my order was well packed and delivered next day, the feeder tips ordered were the ones wanted and arrived in excellent condition, I was very happy with the tips and tackle tavern for the speed of processing my order.
